"Vi bookede dette hotel for sin beliggenhed tæt på både jernbanestationen og Utilita Arena og det var perfekt.Personalevenlig, morgenmad inkluderet. Et punkt at bemærke re parkering, der ikke er gratis (du får kun 15 minutter gratis at checke ind) - parkering er i Grainger Town bilparken og koster os omkring £30 i mindre end 2 dage.Dobbeltseng er ret små, men ellers nydte vi vores ophold."

"The location of the Copthorne is amazing and the staff were really helpful. It suited my trip perfectly and I had no issues. But being honest, the rooms are a little tired now. The bathroom needed a refurb and the carpet in my room was a touch retro. Nothing was bad about it, it was clean and suited my needs for a trip where I wasn't going to be in the room a great deal. But it could be incredible if they spent a little to refresh the rooms."

"Stayed 15 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. it has everything you could need. The beds were really comfortable. I was happy for the welcome toiletries and wine. The elevator was not working and we were on the 5th floor which was a pain - but the team happily carried up anything heavy we needed. The reception team is the best and made you feel at home. It's close to the station and a short walk to Eldon Square and various restaurants. TIP. If you need quiet ask for a room not facing Thornton street. There is a bar called Tillys ans the patrons get loud and hang about until well after midnight making noise. If I need an extended stay in mancgester that is where I will be"

Casey was helpful when explaining about the new recycling policy and she always had a smile on her face and nothing was to much bother for her, Dawn was lovely had a wonderful welcome when we arrived smiling face and straight away offered help had our rooms ready as we paid for early check-in. Dawn runs a tight ship professionally but always welcoming, we are coming back for sure."
