The location is unbeatable—just 2-minute walk from Newcastle Central Station, and only 10 minutes to Quayside and St. James’ Park, super convenient for travel and sightseeing. The free hot breakfast was fantastic, with fresh waffles, classic English breakfast and even porridge, perfect for all tastes. The room was clean, quiet and cozy, with a comfy bed, ergonomic work desk and free high-speed WiFi, ideal for both leisure and business trips. 24-hour front desk offered great service with luggage storage, and the 24-hour gym with Peloton bikes was a nice bonus."

"I had 4 suites booked. A 21st birthday and 40th on the same day. Happy with the location and what was available in the hotel. But. Bar was closed early, bathrooms were good but grouting was a little under kept and my biggest disappointment was breakfast. Took nearly 40mins for an eggs Benedict. Was a bit disappointed with that due to the amount I spent on rooms. Sorry for the critical feedback, other than those few bits. Parking was easy, check in time great, staff good."

"Friendly staffs, fairly clean room and bathroom, decent breakfast. Location rather quiet but if you enjoy the relaxing vibe, it would be a great place to stay. Starbucks is located just at the lobby. Definitely wheelchair or baby stroller accessible. The lift is rather small, perhaps could upgrade to a larger lift? Overall, good stay."
