Der er det kæledyr venligt og ingen gebyr for hunde (det er fantastisk) en stor bonus for mig, så hvorfor jeg kommer her mange gange! Værelset er rent, meget behageligt og afslappende! Jeg anbefaler, at du kommer rundt i New Forest med dine mørke venner, tøv ikke med at blive der!"

"Great warm welcome from Matthew who was very helpful and portrayed a great enthusiasm for his job. Room was basic bed clean and comfortable. Carpet had stains and although bathroom gleamed. It's the attention to detail that lowered the mark. Build up of body fat... orange stains under soap holder. Along base of shower cubicle and along base by entrance to shower. A good clean is needed please....Restaurant old and dated but staff delivered great customer service. Food was hot and tasty I believe it was Ollie and Mark responsible for service and food. As this was a last minute break overall for what price we paid we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, because of the staff. Thanks to everyone."

"Hotel is in a lovely location and it is a beautiful building. Rooms were large and some had fantastic views. They were clean with plenty of teabags, coffee, kettle etc. The downside was not enough staff around - especially when we had dinner there. Some meals were ok but others really not good which is a shame. Breakfast was very good. More gluten free choices would be helpful."

"Stayed in the attic room above the pottery. The room is lovely and convenient for the course and the food is delicious. I've done the 3 day course multiple times now. Dave is a brilliant, patient teacher and I've learnt so much each time I come back. Planning on coming back soon for another go."
