"Et meget vete hotel : i det friske moquette værelse ( goddag akariens !), smuttet stol , glingué møbler, draps 1 plads til en dobbeltseng ... kun positivt udsigt over havet . Lav varme hjem , ingen smil overhovedet, ingen empati, når vi havde ret til en overtrædelse, fordi parkeringen på hotellet var dårligt angivet, da vi ankom ... Et dårligt hotel beliggende lige over Neum, fjernt fra "stranden" (reserveret til 3/4 på Grand Hotel) , langt fra restauranter. Au dernier petit-déjeuner , suite à l'arrivée d'un énorme groupe , buffet dévalisé malgré notre arrivée matinale (7h30) et non-re-provisionné: plus de vinoiseries, il a fallu insister pour qu'ils remettent des fruits ( uædelige, hårde som træ ) , det er virkelig uacceptabelt, at de ikke har forudset! deres kunder synes ikke at prioritere deres prioritet !!"

"Hotel is fresh. Clean 10 out of 10. The carpet cover in the room is clean and soft, even on the balcony floor is clean. I'm very brittle, but it's really great cleaning here. Towels are old, but not critical at all. The beds are very solid and the pillows are completely uncomfortable (some twisted bug). Not very convenient in the bathroom to take a shower - a small glass fence and on the floor eternal flood, as neatly as you do not wash. Only liquid soap. Kitchen absolutely without equipment (no dishes, not even jazz). All, the shortcomings ended. Otherwise, the solid advantages (of course, taking into account local features): lingerie is clean and white, towels change every day, there is a refrigerator and a stove, a balcony large with a chic view and new clean furniture, sofa is clean, air conditioning is efficient, Breakfasts are quite adequate, resepchen responsive administrators. "Jeg blev ikke på hotellet, bare havde frokost, hvilket var lækkert.Fresk grillet squid, meget blød og smukt præsenteret.Det lokale udkast til øl i det frosne glas var fantastisk.Venlig personale, tale god engelsk, hurtig service.Tak for dit hårde arbejde!"

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was good, buffet style but some of our party found some choices ilukewarm or cold. No bar area as such,you drink at your table. Location is handy for the rest of Neum. I would certainly stay there again."
