Hotel "LUNA" Neum ★★★★

"Et meget vete hotel : i det friske moquette værelse ( goddag akariens !), smuttet stol , glingué møbler, draps 1 plads til en dobbeltseng ... kun positivt udsigt over havet . Lav varme hjem , ingen smil overhovedet, ingen empati, når vi havde ret til en overtrædelse, fordi parkeringen på hotellet var dårligt angivet, da vi ankom ... Et dårligt hotel beliggende lige over Neum, fjernt fra "stranden" (reserveret til 3/4 på Grand Hotel) , langt fra restauranter. Au dernier petit-déjeuner , suite à l'arrivée d'un énorme groupe , buffet dévalisé malgré notre arrivée matinale (7h30) et non-re-provisionné: plus de vinoiseries, il a fallu insister pour qu'ils remettent des fruits ( uædelige, hårde som træ ) , det er virkelig uacceptabelt, at de ikke har forudset! deres kunder synes ikke at prioritere deres prioritet !!"

"The hotel is brand new. Cleanliness is 10 out of 10. The carpet in the room is clean and soft, even the balcony floor is clean. I'm very picky, but they really do do a great job cleaning here. The towels are a bit old, but not a big deal. The beds are very hard and the pillows are completely uncomfortable (they're kind of lumpy). Taking a shower in the bathroom isn't very convenient—there's a small glass partition, and the floor is constantly flooded, no matter how carefully you wash. The only toiletries are liquid soap. The kitchen is completely barebones (no dishes, not even a coffee pot). That's it, that's all the negatives. Otherwise, it's all positives (taking local conditions into account, of course): the linens are clean and white, the towels are changed daily, there's a refrigerator and stove, a large balcony with a gorgeous view and new, clean furniture, a clean sofa, effective air conditioning, ample breakfast, and helpful receptionists. They do register foreign tourists."

"A Newmarket Holiday. Lovely situated hotel with kind and helpful staff. A second tour arrived shortly after and while we had separate eating areas it was a bit of a bun fight at the buffet! Decent food - didn’t go hungry! Neum was fairly quiet with very few shops or restaurants open until 1st May, a national holiday in Bosnia. The hotel assisted us at lunchtime by ordering food in which was really helpful on the days we weren’t touring. Our room was serviced every day and was comfortable with a beautiful view over the water. Walk-in shower, powerful hairdryer. Kettle provided. Bosnia is a beautiful historic country and well worth a visit."
