"I've stayed at this hotel countless times, but despite it having great potential, the overall quality has dropped a lot. Today the hotel is not in the slightest condition to operate as an all-inclusive. This is because the food served is of low quality and its presentation does not help at all, and it is common to see burnt food, sole cakes and food with a minimal variety, as shown in the photo. Furthermore, the floor and walls of the room were extremely wet, creating the possibility of falls. This is caused by condensation from the air conditioning. In short, the hotel is feeling extremely abandoned, thankfully I only booked 1 night this time."

"I stayed at the chalet. I was on my honeymoon, so the atmosphere was totally conducive! The hotel always offers promotions so it's a good idea to talk to them directly. I received a bottle of wine and a chocolate candy board. The location in relation to the beach is great, I walked without any problems. However, at night the street is a little deserted, so I don't recommend walking back at night. Breakfast has several options, including tapioca and freshly made eggs. The accommodation is clean. The chalet stairs can be dangerous for those who are very tall because they are short. The atmosphere of the hotel is WONDERFUL. For those who love photos, this is THE place to get lots of clicks."

"Jeg har rejst med min kone til kystpaladset og nydt meget erfaring. Mad er meget god og har en masse variation. Da jeg er ældre og har problemer med salt, har køkkenet givet mig en kvittering, så jeg kan tilpasse min bord, jeg fandt en kærlighed og en meget god pleje. Jeg havde også mulighed for at gå på Jacuman, som er hotellets temarestaurant, og det var vidunderligt. Støvet var meget saftig Receptionen er god, værelserne er rene og værelseskammeret er en sød. Jeg kan ikke huske hendes navn nu, men jeg spurgte altid, om jeg ville have renset og havde meget opmærksomhed og omhu. Restaurantens personale er også meget begejstrede. Mr. Roberto, som jeg har taget nogle spørgsmål, var meget venlig og opdraget. Jeg har generelt kunnet lide alles ophold og pleje."

"Jeg bestilte et værelse med dobbeltseng, og jeg fik et værelse med fire seng i stedet uden at bede. Efter at have kommenteret det på receptionen, sagde de, at det var okay. Værelset havde fire små enkeltsenge, ingen stol og med kun én natsstue. Temmelig ubehageligt til at tilbringe tid i værelset og sove. Kyl og håndklæder og sofaer har brug for en hurtig renovering. Klimaanlægget var ikke koldt, det efterlod en vis ubehagelig lugt, og værelset var højt i løbet af dagen. Det bedste er poolen og haven. Havudsigter fra værelset ... så jeg efterlader billede.
