"This hotel listing was very deceptive. This is barely a hotel and is run more like a shared apartment. Take your money and business elsewhere!!! Check-in: Despite being in contact with the reception for a week before arrival, we received no instructions. During the regular check-in window, no one was there to check us or another couple of guests in. They can remotely open the door for you to enter which is helpful, but also a major safety issue. They opened the wrong room for us and we walked into a room with other guests items all over the room. Room: The room itself is fine, but not worth the price. There was only a top sheet on the bed and although we found a duvet tucked away, it was not covered with a duvet cover and was stained, making it impossible to use in a hygienic manner. The bathroom lights are also automatic so if you use the restroom or shower for longer than 2 minutes- expect to do so in the dark. Noise: There is a regular drum performer at a restaurant directly below room 2 and 3’s window facing the view that is extremely loud. When I asked the manager on WhatsApp she says this is common and goes until midnight on most occasions. This would have been nice to know in advance and once again- totally not worth the price for a room that is unusable until midnight. Deceptive listing: Overall the listing is quite deceptive promising a regular hotel experience with “concierge” and “luggage storage.” The luggage storage option was just to leave your bags out in the open. Since we saw no staff on site the entire first day and night of our stay, you are trusting your bags with anyone who may waltz through the property. We took ours with us to avoid the risk. The concierge service is absolutely a lie. The only contact we had with anyone prior to check out was all over WhatsApp."

"Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to."

"Hvor man skal starte ... Smuk beliggenhed, tæt på alle de vigtigste attraktioner og vores yndlings spanske kvarter.Lokale faciliteter såsom barer, restauranter, gademad, butikker. Vi kan ikke være mere taknemmelige for Salvatore (lederen), der gik ovenpå og ud over og gjorde vores ophold mindeværdigt og ekstremt behageligt.Han arrangerede også dagture til Amalfi Coast og Capri.Værelserne er rummelige og rene. Jeg formoder, at at bo i et rum, der ikke står over for via Chiaia, kan være en plus, da gaden er meget travlt.Vi blev i en bagdel, og det var meget temmelig og afslappende.Brilliant kaffe rundt og et af de bedste steder for kupo og pizza i gåafstand. I forventning om at besøge igen, kan vi denne gang bringe børnene, hvis de opfører sig selvfølgelig. "

"It took a while to find this hotel, because the real entrance is on the 3rd floor. Everyone saw that the first picture of the house number 62 was the place to enter the hotel. The small elevator in the second picture can drag luggage up, and people go up the stairs. The front desk lady said that this hotel has a history of more than 700 years and is protected, so it cannot be modified. The facilities in the hotel are good, the breakfast is rich in variety, and you can sit in the garden for breakfast. Room facilities are also good, very quiet. In addition to the unsatisfactory environment outside the door, the hotel is still worth recommending."

Jazz Hotel

"For det første er det meget tæt på Napoli Centralstation, mindre end 10 minutters gang. Kvarteret er dog forfærdeligt, fyldt med sorte mennesker og lommetyve. Vi blev målrettet, så snart vi steg af toget, og inden for 10 minutters gang stjal en lommetyv vores tasker og åbnede lynlåsen bagfra. Heldigvis blev kun vores hovedtelefoner stjålet, intet af væsentlig værdi. For det andet, om hotellet. Det minder om en Airbnb, beliggende på samme etage som andre lokale Airbnbs. Receptionen er kun åben fra kl. 14 til 20; vær forsigtig, hvis du ikke kan tjekke ind i disse timer. Wi-Fi-adgangskoden, som receptionen gav os, var også forkert; vi kunne ikke oprette forbindelse. Efter at have spurgt flere gange, kunne receptionen kun sige "Jeg ved det ikke, jeg ved det ikke..." Vi kunne ikke oprette forbindelse til Wi-Fi under vores ophold. Desuden var der ikke nok varmt vand til at bruse; to personer kunne kun bruse ét bad, før det varme vand løb tør. Brusehovedet var også i stykker, med en meget svag vandgennemstrømning. Selve værelset var fint, så jeg kunne sagtens tolerere det til prisen… Endelig, måske på grund af et almindeligt problem med italienske hoteller, var vinduerne ikke termoruder, hvilket gjorde det utroligt støjende på grund af gaden. Italienere elsker også at køre på deres motorcykler og give højlydt gas, så jeg måtte medbringe ørepropper om natten. Plus, nabolaget var virkelig skræmmende; om natten skreg og hylede en flok sorte mennesker på gaden…"

"We wanted to leave a review on our stay at Hotel Bella Napoli. This review will be posted to Trip Advisor. We wasn’t sure what to expect on our stay in Naples, first time here and wasn’t too sure when we arrived but have to give a 5 star review for both Roberta and the hotel staff. Firstly a warm welcome, the moment we arrived was like being welcomed by family. There’s no lift but in actual fact that was good because of all the great food we ate during our stay. The room was extremely clean, we loved all the extras we didn’t expect and the slippers were a beautiful touch. The bathroom was meticulously clean and plenty of toilet roll. Fresh towels and plenty of them per person. The extremely large smart tv with access to Netflix, prime and Disney+ made for a comfortable evening after a long day sight seeing, spacious fridge and plenty of sockets available for all our electronics. The whole look of the room was beautiful and again so clean. Loved the extra touches to the bed, very comfortable and again very clean. What the hotel doesn’t mention is how much is available for breakfast, so much food on offer and the scrambled eggs especially were so fluffy, the staff so helpful and friendly. It would have been helpful to know that we could have booked all the trips we wanted through the hotel but now we know, we won’t hesitate to ask Roberta in the future, she is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would we stay again, absolutely, excellent value for money, superb service and a genuinely safe and friendly environment for everyone! Well done Roberta on making our stay a fantastic memory we can’t wait to share when we get home! ♥️"

"Et overraskende smukt lille hotel inden for gåafstand fra færgeterminalen, det spanske kvarter og det gamle bydel.Hotellet er en 6-room Inn, der besætter en del af fjerde sal i en boligbygning. Det tog lidt at finde hoveddøren - det er en lille dørvej på en travl gade uden signatur.Hotelnavnet er på listen over lejlighedens dørklokke.Når du går gennem hoveddøren, går du ind i en gård. Vi mødtes i gården af koncierge Maria, som var meget hjælpsom og venlig.Tredjepladsen og elevatoren op til hotellet er ikke stor - peeling maling, ældre og en smule rikketykke elevator.Men det er typisk for Napoli og tilføjer karakter. Engang på hotellobbyen og værelserne - wow!!Stor.Moderne.Ren.Godt udpeget.Stor badeværelse.Stille.Maria gav store forslag til restauranter, hvor man skal gå, og retninger.Højt anbefales til beliggenhed, store værelser, venlig og hjælpsom personale."
