Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We were welcomed with a lovely postcard in the room with our name written on it. The reception staff were extremely helpful and always ready to assist promptly, and the security staff were also very friendly. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have seen in Naples. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe place to stay near the train station."

"The hotel itself is historic, and the interior hardware has been renovated and is very modern, but the standard room part does not have a window (we were assigned room 302 when we checked in). The hotel's official website only shows pictures with windows, which is not Ctrip's fault. Ctrip customer service confirmed with the front desk that there was no window and compensated us 20% of the room fee within five minutes. The rooftop breakfast view is good, but the food quality is not good, and there are a lot of flies. The Italian service staff was lukewarm to us, a kind of politeness to keep a distance. Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website. We enjoyed the rooftop view for breakfast but food itself is below standard. Service is ok."

The evening meal is also lovely. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. We are upgrading to a superior room with jacuzzi purely for a couple of days of complete relaxation before we go home. We knew the pool would be empty before we came - it clearly mentions it on their website. I would come back again, but later in the season, just so I can use the pool as it looks good."
