"I needed a hotel near the opera. This one is located in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, just a few steps from San Carlo. I was happy with everything – it was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked well, including the air conditioning. The room was pleasant; I slept well. There was a kettle, tea bags, and sugar in the room, and a bottle of water in the refrigerator. The kitchenette in the room is a gimmick, although there is gas, but the only utensils included were two cups and saucers, three forks, a coffee spoon, and a table knife. My room's windows overlooked the internal courtyard, not the one in the photo, nor the gallery. But that didn't matter to me. How to find it: from the side of the square far from the sea, near the Municipio metro station, turn left onto the street, then turn left to the intersection with Via Santa Brigida, and immediately right. On the opposite side is the far entrance to the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The first wooden door on the right is the entrance to the hotel rooms; they are on the third floor with an elevator. But first, you need to pick up your keys at another hotel. To do this, enter the gallery. At the intersection of its courtyard, on the right, you'll see entrance #83 behind an iron gate, closer to the opposite end. It's in the photo. The code is written on the gate. Then go to the 24-hour reception on the 4th floor. Breakfast is served there, but I didn't take it. When you check out, you leave your keys at the reception desk where your room is, but there's no one there."

"The hotel is right next to the Egg Castle, a great location. However, Naples' public transportation system is inconvenient and chaotic; the only bus from the station is basically the 151. The building housing the hotel lobby and restaurant is quite luxurious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct sea views. I didn't use the other facilities and no one explained them to me, so I don't know much about them. Our room was in an adjacent building, so small it only had one bed; there was no way to unfold a suitcase. The shower had a strong water pressure, but the drainage was very slow, probably clogged, so showering in a puddle was a bit disgusting. The staff at the front desk weren't very friendly. They charged me 20 euros for accommodation, even though the fee was only 18 euros. Maybe that's a characteristic of southern Italy."

I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and practical base, without any high expectations."

"The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked out, I didn't want to wait for the elevator and carried my suitcase downstairs. The cleaning staff came to help immediately. The hotel is very close to the Maradona Stadium. It happened to be Napoli's home game against Genoa, and the streets were full of fans 😂"

"Billig ophold i Napoli, før vi tog ned mod Sorrento.Napoli er en klassisk by, meget travlt med trafik og ret unik til Napoli den konstante bølge af horn.Hvilket ville vække dig på en ugentlig morgen. Vi gik ind i centrum og det er s å rødt og s å rødt.Pluspunktsværelset var komfortabelt, te kaffe og snacks komplimentære, bygningens sikkerhed var stor og meget tæt på lufthavnen for en hurtig taxi til rummet. Jeg vil ikke anbefale at få en lejebil, da der ikke er noget sted at parkere.Negative Duser- låse lækkede ud af døren, håndklæder til rådighed sorterede dette.Kedelen havde stadig vand i og havde brug for en ren.For en billig ophold i nærheden af lufthavnen med familie, er dette perfekt!"

"The pool is quite nice, needed a bit of TLC here and there but nothing serious. The room we stayed in was in a block that overlooked the entrance, not a a bad room, walls were a bit thin between the different rooms though. The staff I found were excellent, house keeping were very good, the reception staff were excellent, we asked them to order a taxi for us, I was expecting a wee bit of trouble ( see a previous review ) but the kind lady on the desk told us how much we should be paying only the taxi driver... great service. Breakfast was good. BUT be warned, you are quite a distance from anywhere, if you want peace and quiet, great, but if you want to sight see and haven't got a car then not advised to stay here."

"The hotel is small, run by some very friendly and helpful guys. Our room was big enough, very basic with a small TV, desk, tiny balcony and shower room. If we were just talking about the room and hotel itself, I would highly recommend it for the price. The location is great for the train stations. Apart from that the neighborhood is not great. There were *********** stood on the street outside our window and there were human faeces in the street. This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I feel that I should tell people as for some this may ruin their trip."

"Extremely disappointed with the way this hotel handled my booking. During my stay, my schedule changed unexpectedly, so I asked whether I could check out early and receive a refund for the unused nights. I spoke to three different staff three times, and every one of them gave me the same answer: they did not have the authority to modify my booking, and that I should contact Trip.com. They clearly told me that if Trip.com approved the request, the hotel would process the refund. However, after I checked out and Trip.com contacted the hotel, the hotel completely changed its position and rejected the refund request without any explanation. This was completely inconsistent with what I had been told during my stay. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication. I sent 5 emails asking for clarification and assistance, but they were simply ignored. No reply, no explanation, no willingness to help. I’m not upset simply because I didn’t receive a refund—I’m disappointed because the hotel gave misleading information, changed its words, and then refused to communicate at all. If they had told me from the beginning that a refund was impossible, I would have accepted it. Instead, I was given false hope and then left without any response. I would not recommend a hotel that treats its guests this way. Honest communication and consistency are the minimum standards of good customer service."
