Best Western Naperville Inn
8,0 (116 anmeldelse)

Best Western Naperville Inn ★★★

📍 1617 Naperville Wheaton Rd, Naperville

"I stayed at the Best Western Naperville Hotel for the first time. I booked it because there is an H Mart and a COSCO nearby. While the location was good, the service was poor. In particular, the front office staff were unfriendly and did not help at all with moving my luggage. I do not plan to stay here again."

"Nice hotel. Breakfast was slightly poor. When arrived we found that we can be given a room with only single king bed and sofa bed while 2 queen beds room was booked. Thanks to trip.com assistant and nice hotel reception the room was changed as ordered on the second day of the stay"
