"I’ll start this off with the classic, “I typically don’t write reviews…”, but I really don’t write reviews about budget hotels, ever. I’m very lucky that I am able to travel and I love Greece. The customer service for this was just so bad I can’t help it. My wife and I recently stayed at Hara Studios & Apartments while in Paros. We knew it wouldn’t be a luxury place. In fact, we booked it because it was fairly cheap for the 5 nights we were there. This was our second time in Greece and have stayed in budget places before. But this was the first time it was truly a “get what you paid for” type of situation. We stayed in a better place in the middle of Sicily with no air conditioning. I didn’t realize just how terrible it would be. We stayed in Room 3, which is all the way up on the top of the building. They say it’s only three flights, it’s five. That really didn’t bug me, I understand it’s a Greek Island. I wouldn’t expect elevators. Like I said, we’ve stayed in budget places before so again, I can’t complain about the room itself. It was the bathroom that forced us to leave after two nights. The shower was practically unusable. Water would just spray from the shower head and soak the entire floor. The tiny curtain for the shower stuck to your skin constantly and was disgusting, it looked like it had never been washed. I brought the issue up to the lady at reception to which she responded, “the cleaning lady comes and brings fresh towels everyday”. She probably just didn’t understand what I meant. We tried to tough it out, we really didn’t want to spend more money finding a new place. It was the end of our trip and we were just going to deal with it. The next morning we found bugs in the shower from where it didn’t really dry completely, even after the cleaning lady came. We decided we were going to check out early, I told the receptionist again and that we were leaving because of the issues with the bathroom. She was nice, nothing against her. I asked if we could get refunded for the nights we didn’t stay, they could keep the deposit (that’s what it’s for), she called the hotel manager and he flat out refused to refund us for the unused nights because it was a “last minute check out”. Instead of fighting, I just walked away and sent them an email. No response. Crazy unprofessional. You would think a hotel manager would want to speak to the customer personally to resolve the issue. DO NOT STAY HERE, ever. The sheets felt like stiff dryer sheets, the pillows were overly used and flat, and the towels were god knows how old. There’s plenty of better places to stay and better parts of the island for the same price. We ended up finding a very nice AirBnB on the opposite side of the island for roughly the same price and a prettier view. Also, if you’re going to Paros, don’t stay in Naousa. It’s just a gross part of Paros in general. Insanely touristy, dirty streets and beaches, and not the friendliest locals (which I get, it’s touristy). We will "

"Vi boede i Aura Suites Paros med vores tre børn i sidste uge.Generelt var det en vidunderlig oplevelse. Fra starten var GM fantastisk - selv ved den første kontakt, før vi ankom - indtil det sidste øjeblik, hvor vi forlod - hun gik ud af vejen for at gøre opholdet så glat og sjovt som muligt og en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Hun har endeløs energi og Joie de Vivre 8211; hun er en real aktiv for forretningen!Ejendomen er et par minutter op ad bakken ud af byen og er lidt udsat for den nordlige brise, som er en konstant funktion på dette tidspunkt af året. Der var et lille problem med dykken, som blev sorteret ud af holdet.Bedøkkenet var fantastisk.Kokken serverede os hver whim. Dina brugte tid sammen med os hver morgen for at hjælpe os med at planlægge vores rejse til dagen og var i kontakt hele dagen med yderligere tips, som det var nødvendigt.Jeg ville ikke tøve med at anbefale denne ejendom stærkt til et ophold.Vi havde en vidunderlig oplevelse."

"Det var en vidunderlig oplevelse 😁 tjenesten var fantastisk, mad var lækker, beliggenheden er meget bekvem 🤩 og det fik mig til at føle mig som hjemme, det var vores første besøg i Paros bare for et bryllup, Men det vil være mange gange, der kommer op, fordi vi er fulde i kærlighed det fantastiske sted at være 🥰🥰Og min "bathrobe" fra NAUMA holdt mig påminde om at gå tilbage for mere 😆🥰😘"

"The property is situated on a steep elevation, making it challenging for guests with large luggage to access easily. We had booked our room well in advance and later decided to bring our son along. Although we were willing to upgrade and pay additional charges on-site, the process was met with resistance and unfriendly behavior. The receptionist's attitude was unprofessional, lacking warmth and courtesy. She often rolled her eyes when asked questions. While our issue was eventually resolved, the lack of professionalism and hospitality made the experience far from pleasant. This could have been handled much better, especially for a property in the hospitality industry."
