The new room then had a leak, forcing me to move to a suite. The suite's hygiene was acceptable, but the sofa was so black and dirty I didn't dare sit on it. The room's phone line was broken, which delayed my food delivery by over an hour, and everything arrived cold. The bar below the second-floor suite was very noisy until 2 or 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep well. Light sleepers should definitely avoid it. The table in the room was too low; I practically had to sit on the floor to eat. The service was commendable, but there were many flaws in the facilities and details.
