The food was mouth watering but what stood out was the service by one of the waiters called Ludeki, I had to ask for the name since the service delivery was fast and smooth. "The is in good location around lot of shops. Rooms are very good with comfortable bed and pillow.. TV wasn't working condition the only let down was breakfast not much choice.. but yet staff do to to accommodate Restaurants no idea as we eat out side hotel"

"During our recent stay, we experienced several issues. Upon check-in, we were informed that the hotel premises had good WiFi connectivity; however, the WiFi in the lobby was not working, and there was no connectivity in our room. The room information suggested contacting the hotel via WhatsApp in case of emergencies. We were initially assigned a corner room with a good view, but the room's condition was disappointing. We had to request a room change due to the lack of amenities, including unreplenished water bottles. Unfortunately, our experience at the coffee shop was subpar. The staff displayed a negative attitude, the food presentation was poor, and the buffet counter was dirty with food not being replenished promptly. Good part, However, a notable exception was Ken, the restaurant manager, who provided excellent service. He was helpful, understanding, and made a significant effort to improve our stay. We appreciate his dedication and the positive impact he had on our experience.""
