"1. Hotel is located at prime location specially for Muslim travellers as finding Halal food is too easy, and getting all other stuffs is also convenient. 2. Wifi is too weak at the hotel. 3. When I arrived my mattress was broken, it was changed after almost 3 to 4 requests , but new one also I dont find more comfortable. 4. Rest, all facilities are very good considering the price."

"Not a level of Golden Tulip: - there were no towels in double room. When we called reception, they said there is no option to provide us towels. we were forced to use one small face towel for two people. - smell in the room since windows are unable to be opened; - extremely slow elevator; - the safebox just switched off once we needed to check out to airport; At the same time: - very good and affordable rooftop bar; - good restaurant - the food was really good; - friendly and helpful stuff - they are really nice 👍"

"This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far during my business trip to Kenya. Security was excellent, the host was very welcoming, and the accommodation was superb. Crucially, there were housekeeping staff who could clean according to my requests. There's a large supermarket nearby, just a 5-minute walk away, and a Chinatown suitable for Chinese travelers. "We held a 3-day convening with over 100 participants from all over the world at the Trademark Suites Enaki in May 2026. The care and dedication put into the service by every member of the team was palpable, and helped us pull off our event safely, comfortably, and meet our goals. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, with lots of outdoor spaces and natural lighting, energizing for long meetings. The shuttles to and from Village Market also helped our participants explore and go out in the evenings. The rooms were also perfect for a big group, coming for a multiple-day convening. Special thanks to Anahinga and Melisa who supported all of our room bookings, were flexible in our set-up timings, and made our experience a very smooth one! In addition, thanks to Charity at the reception desk who helped all of our 100+ participants with rooms and more. The food and set-up team, specifically Lucy and Chris were with us at every moment, responding to many specific requests, and perfectly executing what we had imagined in terms of set-up, clean-up, presentation, and more. In addition, Ken, who handled all of the IT, was incredibly responsive, going above and beyond to make sure that we had a smooth technology experience, and allowing us to engage over 100 participants with many languages. Overall, our experience was one of a great deal of care and attention, excellent service, a beautiful view, and delicious food!"

One of the best things about this hotel is its prime location. Being in the center of Chinese culture, I was just steps away from bustling markets, authentic local eateries, and stunning landmarks. Whether I wanted to shop for traditional crafts, enjoy street food, or explore historical sites, everything was within walking distance. For business travelers, the proximity to commercial districts and transport links was a major advantage. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The rooms were modern yet infused with traditional Chinese touches, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a mix of local and international dishes, which was a great way to start the day. Overall, China City Hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel provides the perfect base to experience the best of Chinese culture, markets, and commerce. Highly recommended!"
