"Området omkring receptionen på første sal var meget stilfuldt, og selvom selve bygningen er lidt gammel, var værelset, jeg boede i på anden sal, skinnende rent, uden et eneste insekt i sigte. Jeg boede der i to nætter og bad om ingen rengøring, men de forberedte stadig friske toiletartikler og håndklæder ved døren, hvilket gjorde mit ophold meget behageligt. Det er god valuta for pengene. Jeg vil helt sikkert gerne bo her igen, når jeg er i området."

"It's a hotel with great design. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. A must try is the hotel's Italian restaurant. Just a thought - it would be wonderful if the dry sauna on the top floor could be converted to a public bath. The hot spring next door is not the best. It is too small, with very limited facilities, and the water is not hot at all. The property should consider associating itself with another onsen in the area."

"This is one of my favorite Hoshino Resorts KAI properties I've stayed at, and it blends in wonderfully with the local culture. The hot springs are fantastic, the views are stunning, and it's in a great spot on the hot spring street. The hotel offers incredible views from many angles, and the room design is also excellent. The food is decent, but more about presentation than actual substance. I really love this place, but generally speaking, the value for money at KAI properties isn't as good as it used to be."

"Facing the beach, this is a great place to stay where you can always hear the sound of the waves when you open the window. The burgers and sandwiches at the cafe next door, as well as the desserts recommended by the pastry chef, are not too sweet and are so delicious that you will end up eating too much. However, there is just one unfortunate thing; when there were customers drinking on the terrace or inside the cafe, you could always hear them talking, which was a bit unpleasant and made it difficult to fall asleep. A P-type room away from the cafe and terrace might be better, but even taking that into consideration, the distance from the beach, the pirate-themed feel, and the bonfire in the cafe at night made this a nice accommodation."
