"Sadly, I am currently staying in this Hotel but will be cutting my stay and returning home. The hotel in general is very good, most of the staff are very warm and welcoming, but, sadly, there are a numver of staff members - mainly animation that have shown thst i am not welcome in this Hotel, this small posse is led by the do named head of Mini club Fatima, herself and her little group of loyal supporters are ensuring that certain guests are not welcome and will not be tolerated, well after almost 14 years as a very loyal guest, I can safely say, I will not be returning. This woman will do her upmost to let guests know they are not welcome. So, it is farewell to Khsysm Garden and onto a new hotel where ALL guests are made to feel welcome. Please ensure, if booking this Hotel thst you do not allow any staff member to make you feel that you are valued at all."

"This is a 2 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel. The plumbing often doesn't work. The toilet does not function for several hours each day and there is no running water, so no ability to use the sink or the shower. There is almost no air conditioning. In the 104 degree F temperature of Nabeul, it is like staying inside an oven. I could not sleep. There is no lock on the room door and no safe inside the room. So no way to secure valuables like laptop, cash, passport, etc. The TV did not work properly. And the location is TERRIBLE. Nobeul is dirty and run down. To get anywhere interesting, you must take a taxi 20 minutes each way. In 30+ years of intensive traveling, this has been my single worst hotel experience. "

"I found a good place to spend my holyday with my teenager kids.We felt like at home, we found whorm welcoming,realy nice staff who were very happy to have as a guest and they treated us like a friends.We had room cleaning every day and the cleaner made our bed like un artist with flowers.We had our waiter hwo welkomed evry meals,he prepared our table and he use to bring us to drink and the desert.Dispite the hotel is old everything is working or if uou have eny problems they fixed quickly. The hotel is not open to the beach,but you walking 3minutes to the sea on the turist streets with many shops and you will find many security guards which gives us good presence.The sand is very white and soft, At the beach the hotel has a private beach for their guest and the beach administrator welcomed us to."

"Hotellet er uanbefalet. Hjem ingen.Ingen Wi-Fi-forbindelse.Ingen varmt vand. Der er 4 stjerner på book side, men faktisk ikke engang 3 stjerner. De efterlader os i 3 timer på receptionen og endelig har vi ikke givet værelser, mens vi havde en reservation for 2 dobbeltværelser bekræftet med agenturet."
