But 2nd day this happened, if you are a family who are non-smoker and need some quiet time this is not the place because this property doesn't have any rule related to in-room smoking which can get in your room through bathroom ducts even when the exhaust is ON, also there could be people like teenagers who can be loud throughout the night in next room or common lawn with hotel manager telling you, sir this should not be a problem. For turning-off of the music, I have to call 3 times and finally tell the manager that I will call the police."

The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and excellent service make this one of the best places to stay in Mussoorie. The staff members were extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience better. However, the hotel itself feels QUITE OLD and needs proper maintenance. The biggest disappointment was the WASHROOM it was very small and VERY DIRTY Hygiene in the bathroom area definitely needs improvement. Overall, good staff, food, and location, but the condition and cleanliness of the washrooms need serious attention."
