"Det, jeg kunne lide af hotellet, var, at det var meget støjende. Hotellet står over for togstationen og der var meget hårdt af unge skriger og synger op til høje timer om morgenen. I skabet var der ørepropper til rådighed, men disse var ikke nok til at isolere lyden. Sengelinned var rigtigt, selv om jeg kun havde en pude og denne var meget blød. Resten var okay. Personalet på receptionen var venlig. Vi blev inviteret til et konsum i baren."

"Hej, vi var med fem voksne og to børn til en overnatning der. Vi har booket to dobbeltværelser og en lejlighed. Værelserne var meget rene og ordenlige. I morgen tidlig har vi fået morgenmad på hotellet, det var af alt, der blev tilbudt til rådighed overflod. Hele personalet var meget venligt og hjælpsomt. Vi følte os meget vel, tak til hele teamet. "A great hotel that very successfully promotes the integration of disabled people and is located in the centre of the clinic. The rooms are not very spacious, but functional and new and high quality furnished. Breakfast is very good. From the early afternoon the restaurant is open with small but fine and precious dishes and drinks. So we had dinner here once in the evening instead of in the city and fourth time with wine, beer, aperol until 22:00. With the car, it is 10 minutes to Münster City, a bus stop is on the street about 300 m from the entrance of the hotel. The journey will then take a lot longer, but the parking fees in Münster are very, very high. I recommend the hotel warmest."

"Terribly loud hotel, located on the street and by the railway tracks. And even though all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, we had to sleep with the window open. I wouldn't book it again. The service was nice, but the breakfast was expensive and modest at EUR 12.90 per person."

"We arrived late and were impressed with the room layout and ease of check-in. The problems started with the hot room that had no AC. We opened the window which helped cool the room, but not the hot bathroom. Then we crawled into bed late at night to find DIRTY sheets - so gross! The sheets were more of a problem because they are a terrible material, like a paper napkin. They were itchy. I’m not sure if it was the material, or something crawling in the dirty sheets but it was a long miserable night…. Well, actually just a long couple hours. The sun comes up at 4am so we wanted to close the shades, which also blocks off the cool air leaving you in a hot room again. THEN the backhoe starts moving bricks right outside your window at 6:10am. It was a miserable, hot, itchy, couple hours of sleep and I would never repeat it! We contacted the hotel and they offered us no refund for our miserable night, but 20% off our next stay. Haha, no! We will never stay there again."
