"I recently stayed at Hotel Rumanza by PC Hotels in Multan, and it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. I booked four rooms for five nights with my family, expecting a high level of service, but was completely disappointed. 1. Unclean Rooms & Poor Housekeeping: The room I checked into was not clean upon arrival. It took two days before housekeeping finally cleaned it—completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under the PC brand. No apology or accountability from the staff. 2. Horrendous Room Service: Ordering food to the room was a nightmare. It took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our meals delivered, and breakfast was even worse—delivered in three separate increments, 20+ minutes apart, making it cold and unenjoyable. 3. Invasive & Unprofessional Staff Behavior: The staff constantly questioned whether we were guests at the hotel, making us feel unwelcome. On top of that, they required us to fill out a form just to bring in outside food at 2 AM—a ridiculous policy, especially considering their own kitchen had only five items available on the menu at that hour. No reputable hotel enforces such restrictions. 4. Lack of Customer Service & Accountability: Despite all these issues, not once did the hotel staff or management apologize or attempt to make things right. The overall experience made me feel like I was being an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Given the price and the supposed reputation of this hotel, the experience was unacceptable. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it. If the management actually cares about guest satisfaction, they need to overhaul their service, housekeeping, and staff training immediately. Rating: 0/5 if I could give it that."

"Avari boutique has excellent service. Everything is super clean and the environment is pleasant. The staff is great. Always warmly welcomed by Abid, Arshad and Chef Nadeem. Breakfast also has a variety of items to choose from and to order. Overall, a great experience."

Best Western Plus Grand Hotel Multan

"A complete surprise, a truly four-plus star in Multan. Great rooms with a sense of style, rare for Pakistan. Perhaps the best hotel on a two week trip through Pakistan. The afternoon "tea" was superb and great value for money. The service top notch. The only downside is that although it is in the center, as foreigners we were asked to only leave with a police escort. This did not seem strictly necessary."

"As a frequent guest at Avari properties in Lahore and Karachi, this was my first Avari Xpress stay experience. The rooms were similar to upgraded rooms at Avari Towers Karachi, and beyond my expectations. Room service was excellent and the location was great. It is the airport, convenient enough for the PIA airline crew to stay here. HBL ATM and branch building right next door and a few eateries in walking distance. There is a Grab and Go store, it is needs more variety of products but the concept is great. The staff is warm and welcoming from the moment you get of the hotel transfer shuttle to the settlement to the room"

"The rooms and bathroom are very small and can be described as cramped. It is best to go into the bathroom backwards and then come out forwards. The cleanliness was rated a 3 at best. The breakfast was simple with little choice. There was enough parking and the hotel provided us with a free "guide" to the city."
