"My stay at the Atour Hotel on the East Pedestrian Street of Mudanjiang Railway Station truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts a superb location, right next to the high-speed rail station and the bustling pedestrian street, making it extremely convenient for getting around and finding food. The nearby Korean food street and Russian-style street are within walking distance, perfect for both shopping and sightseeing. The room maintained Atour's consistently elegant style, with soft, skin-friendly bedding, a smart toilet, soundproof windows, and other thoughtful details. Even though it's facing the street, I was completely undisturbed by noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was exceptionally attentive: the front desk was warm and efficient, proactively introducing nearby attractions; the free laundry room with drying function was a dream come true for business travelers; the late-night porridge service was both comforting and heartwarming; and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, all delicious. Whether for business or leisure travel, this hotel meets all your needs—convenient transportation, complete facilities, attentive service, and excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mudanjiang, and I will definitely choose it again next time!"

"The room's air conditioning wasn't working well, but the front desk staff were very considerate and helped me get an electric heater. The service from the staff member deserves full marks. I returned late and found there was no hot water when I went to take a shower in the middle of the night. I was too lazy to bother the front desk and just went to sleep. I booked several days, but because the facilities were so poor, I changed my reservation to check out the next day. The hotel refused to cancel the reservation, so I give the hotel service zero marks. In the end, thanks to the platform's help, I was able to get a refund, so I give the platform service full marks."
