"We decided to spend a few days in the Charleston area as we just droppes off our boy at USC and were now empty nesting. The Inn was beutiful, clean and so welcoming. Located between Mt Pleasant and downtown Charleston, ir was perfect for exploring the entire area and all the attractions with very short easy drives. The added bonus of using the Ion community pools, fitness center, and tennis courts added to the great stay. Will absolutly stay here again."

"Let me just start by saying Holly is absolutely amazing!! We ate at the restaurant for our anniversary and from the time we walked in the restaurant Holly was so amazing! From food recommendations to recommendations about the area. She was so sweet and helpful. The food was wonderful!! It’s easy to see why this restaurant is a multi year Michelin Star award winner. The drinks were delicious and did I mention the food was amazing!! We had the cornbread appetizer and the goat cheese creme brûlée appetizer both were delicious. We each had the ribeye as our entrees and steaks were perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. The restaurant is full of history and old world charm. If visiting Mount Pleasant do not miss the Post House. You can thank me later."

"The room was very clean and close to the sea. You can see the sunset, it's so beautiful! If you drive a little further, you can go to the seaside boardwalk to see a more beautiful sunset and take more beautiful photos of the sunset!"

"The hotel staff were almost all middle-aged or elderly Black women, who were not very friendly and had poor attitudes. The hotel breakfast only offered drinks and cakes; even basic milk and bread were not provided. The rooms were poorly soundproofed; noises from upstairs and next door could be clearly heard. The hotel's exterior and surroundings were okay, and parking was free."
