"Perfect for three adults sharing. Had everything we needed. Clean & comfortable. Ample parking & easy access. Close to shops & the city centre. Shower is a little slippery when you step in - needs the cleaning fluid rinsed a bit more I think as it was less slippery after I splashed the area with water."

"Travelled to Mt Isa for business and stayed at the “Isa” for a couple of days. It’s a typical country hotel, clean, comfortable and basic. It’s located in the middle of town, central to everything. You will not want for anything. Popular with locals, a place to stay for an iconic Aussie experience."

Hvis du har brug for bevis for, at cigaretter er læder, så kig ud af dit rum.Hvis det ikke var så sent i Isa, var min lejebil det næste bedste valg.Der var natlig aktivitet i andre værelser for at holde mig opdateret til daggry.Bare sige. "Genuinely one of the most comfortable mattresses in any motel I've ever stayed in (not overly springy). Room was compact but clean and comfortable with modern furnishings. Hotel provided a complementary drink in the bar on check in. Location is a very short drive from the downtown area. Would happily stay again."

Central Point Motel

"Really clean room with space for the family. Basic older style hotel but great nights sleep. Nice to have a dining table and BBQ access. Convenient that coles is across the road."

"Got stranded in Quilpie due to a broken plane so got charged for the room as never made it to Mount Isa which is fair…but after calling again explaining that i might make it the following morning and could i use the previous booking without paying another $232 or approx i was told i would have to book and pay again….sorry a little common sense and understanding would have been appreciated"

"Dette er en stor lille Caravan Park.Skyggede steder med plader.Store centrale faciliteter blok & vasketøj. Camp køkken og "magnesium" s pool (ikke varmt!!).Var stille om natten og tæt på alt i byen.Perfekt til vores besøg på Mt Isa!Ingen tøven i at anbefale!"

"We went to dinner at the abacus last night and hands down best meal in the isa. It’s our go to place to eat out and it never disappoints. I ordered the 300g Sirloin and it was juicy, tender, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! At this place you ask for the steak how you like it and everytime you get what you ask for (unlike other establishments where you have to ask for it under how you like it so by the time you get it it’s kind of close to how you want it cooked) the sides I ordered were the garlic buttered beans and creamy mash with dianne sauce and it was all a 10/10. The husband ordered the bbq pork ribs for his main and he also enjoyed them they fell off the bone and had their nice glaze on them the potatoes could have been a little crisper but that won’t dampen our experience at all bloody fantastic meal and atmosphere. Thank you to the amazing staff for having us and we will definitely be back. 💯"
