"Very nice relaxed hotel with nice view over the beach, and ease of access to it. Nice pool, relaxed environment without much music where you can just enjoy the sun and the calmness of Fuerteventura. Room was spacious and always clean, food was good everyday and there's a lot of variety. Only thing I think could be improved is the quality of pastries/desserts. Adding to all the positives, the hotel employees were all very nice and kind, always ready to help or have a chat with you. Overall almost a 5/5, would recommend this hotel to anyone interested in coming to Fuerteventura."

"We both agree that this hotel has the most friendly staff encountered for a long time and it starts with a very warm welcome from the front desk and filters all the way down to the pool lifeguard. If you want a hustle and bustle disco type venue This is not the place for you. If you want a relaxing place near an amazing beach along with a pool and views most holiday makers dream about this is most definitely recommended by us. The hotel rooms are a great design with two doors so that you don’t get any corridor noise and with a large bedroom and furniture on the balcony make for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet sitting out on the veranda ticked boxes for us the sun beds were very comfortable and available even over the Christmas period and folks don’t reserve them and not use them all day. Pool attendant great guy and interesting character to converse with and he wants you to enjoy your day poolside. The lady manager and lady assistant manager are very approachable and they are always smiling and willing to assist with any problems you may have and they have such an awesome set of staff behind them it’s a pleasure to see it all working so well. Special mentions Hassan and his colleagues in the bar area, all the house keeping staff are hard working and keep your room in tip top condition. Restaurant staff Sara and too many others to mention but always fantastic service and warm pleasant welcome morning or evening time. Suzanne the assistant manager what a fabulous hard working lady with always time to spare to talk and advise guests please keep up the team which we know will keep clients returning hope to see you all again one day ."

"The room is very noisy, we asked for a garden view and was given a room overlooking a busy road with cars and lorries going past all through the night beeping their horns, The windows are not adequate to stop the noise only stayed here one night and haven't had any sleep, Asked for help at reception, they offered us a move for €50 a night, the customer service is absolutely terrible, think twice before booking especially if you ask for a garden view."

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel and not on Melia level I am used to. You can only book at least half board, but when you arrive you directly have to choose a time for breakfast and dinner. Not have yet eaten there because of a number of bad reviews on cold food in bad quality…. The room is ok, but would need a fresh paint here and there (e.g., edges of door or bath tube). Then you can get a pool-/beach towel for a deposit of € 10 and for EVERY exchange you pay € 1.-. Never had to pay for an exchange of towels in a 4-star hotel so far…. Last but not least: the crowd…. Ballermann at its best… Germans all over most likely on all inclusive… all chairs “blocked” at the pool. Next time when I am in Jandia/Moro Jables, I will stay at RIU again - next door…"

"Kun opholdt sig på dette hotel i fire nætter, men ville vende tilbage i et hjerteslag.Absolut fantastisk tråd venlig reception personale.Hotellet er færdigt i ekstraordinære standarder med smuk dekoration hele tiden. Godt beliggende med fantastiske værelser og den bedste aircondition.Restauranten var fantastisk og mad var fremragende.Bare et par skridt ned fra hotellet og du er på stranden gåtur, så du kan få adgang til stranden, der er helt smukke. Du kan også gå op i Morro Jable gamle by med smukke barer/kaffee udsigt til havet absolut glad. Der er en levende vibe i løbet af dagen og om natten kommer det levende med en spansk guitar spiller, mens du nyder at lytte til lyden på bølgerne plus smukke musik. En frygtelig bar kaldte Janet's, hvor folk, der ikke kunne komme ind, sang og dansede på gaden bestemt værd et besøg.En lille ting, jeg vil nævne, er måske noget musik i løbet af dagen omkring poolområderne, da det giver en god vibration. Sødt personale, men aldrig havde tid nok til at snakke meget eller endda tip.(Måske næste gang) Victor var meget hjælpsom til os, da vi ankom så meget tak."
