"This is indeed a hotel that exceeded expectations. Maybe because there are not many rooms, I can't see any Chinese reviews on *********** and Ctrip. However, the environment is so good that I don't want to check out. I recommend that everyone who comes to Morelia to celebrate the Day of the Dead and want to experience a night tour should stay here the day before, check out at 12 o'clock, store your luggage, and then go to participate in the afternoon and night activities. It's so comfortable!"

"The place is really nice, considering the restaurant is part of a Boutique Hotel in a Hacienda style house. Food I will say is a bit overprice , taste is average but high end presentation . Drinks are ok.Ambience is perfect no matter what the occasion is( I invite my sister and two adult nieces). Service is perform by young guys that I think were having a miscommunication issues, and the reason I mentioned it is because it happens like 3 times that one server took an order and a few minutes later another guy came to do the same thing and it took sometime between orders to get our order, don’t get me wrong, Isaac our server was really knowledgeable and very kind, he even gave us a small tour thru the hotel, 👍👍. Last but not least the place has a great view of the city. 👍👍👍 and Yes, I will come back!!"

"The location is great, being close to the center of town, less than a 10-minute walk away. The parking lot diagonally in front of the hotel was spacious, and we were able to park easily. The room was clean and comfortable. The windows were open, so it was easy to see from the outside and the hallway, but the blinds were adjustable, and it was bright and nice. The dining area is on the third floor, and the staff will serve you side dishes. I asked for more and my wife for less, and they kindly accommodated my request. The Christmas parade happened to be just 10 meters away, so it was easy to get to. With such reasonable accommodation prices, we've decided to make this our regular hotel when we visit Morelia."

"This is my second attempt to post an honest review and nothing seem to show up. I will make this shorter and to the point. We all arrived (four Rooms reserved) and two of them were on the second level. By about 3PM we all went for a rest before dinner but no sooner down, we had significant noise above us. ( the roof top patio dining is located) We all went to the front desk and the manager said that they were preparing for the next morning breakfast and would be done soon. Soon never came and by 5PM we all went down and asked if we could check out in the morning and refund of the next evening. He was understanding and as a manager said he would approve the one night refund for bought rooms and leave instructions for the morning manage. We met her after breakfast and she said it would take 3-5 business days with Amex. Two weeks later we did not see the refund and called with the person taking a messge for a manager to get back. We called again a few days later and still not call back. We finally spoke with a manager who told us that she would speak to the owners but that they typically do not refund. She did call back the next day and confirmed that they would not offer a refund and that the manager who approved did not have the authority. We did not review the previous comments and would have noticed some issues with noise. Sure the location is nice but the value for the establishment and poor management service (confilicting decisions) would render a 1 rating."
