"The bathroom definitely wasn't clean. The toilet was really small and it ropped back and forth the original room that we were in or that they gave us. We were told after we had gone to eat and came back that the toilet wasn't working but that side of the building is really the quietest. Being that this was the second time we would have been staying there. The side they put us on at 1:00 in the morning had people fighting beating up on his wife or a girlfriend. Whatever it was and doors slamming cars getting slammed with their doors up until about 1:30 closer 2:00. If you should stay at this facility I would recommend that you stay on the even side the numbers not the odd number side which is closer to the gas station. Other than that I would say the staff is very friendly. Just be a reminder of who you used to schedule your stay that they actually pay for the room and not have you standing there for 20 minutes. Wondering what happened to your room and you're having to call who you scheduled your stay through"

Children are welcome but must be closely attended by guardian at all times. Horses are unpredictable animals and we take everyone's safety very seriously. We ask that they do not run around the horses or barns, as horses tend to spook easily and can injure themselves and others. The kiddos love feeding the chickens and watching them roam free around the farm but please do not feed the horses!
Bringing your horse? We rent out stalls for $40/night, includes 2 bags of shavings. We require proof of negative Coggins.

The horse facility was once used as a US Olympic training facility, and is now primarily used as an eventing competition training farm. Children are welcome but must be closely attended by guardian at all times. Horses are unpredictable animals and we take everyone's safety very seriously. We ask that they do not run around the horses or barns, as horses tend to spook easily and can injure themselves and others. The kiddos love feeding the chickens and watching them roam free around the farm but please do not feed the horses!
Bringing your horse? We rent out stalls for $40/night, includes 2 bags of shavings. We require proof of negative Coggins.
