"No one answered the bell at the reception desk no matter how many times I rang it, so I went back to my car and called the hotel on my cell phone, and someone answered. There was no one at the hotel between 9pm and 12pm, and there was only a piece of paper at the reception with a number to call if anything happened. There was nothing in the room that said anything about the hotel. If there are no pajamas, I wish they would write that when making the reservation. If it's a weekly mansion, it's better not to write that it's a resort hotel. If the kitchen is not available, I wish they would provide an explanation for that at the beginning. There was a constant clicking sound, and I was so scared that I turned off the lights and couldn't sleep. The air conditioner in the room also turned off in the middle of the night and it was cold. There was no spare futon. I was so scared of everything that I will never stay there again."

"The atmosphere was very nice, but the place was generally unsanitary. The bottom of the bathtub was so dirty I didn't want to get in, and the sofa was stained and covered with a white cloth. There was no instant coffee or tea whatsoever, only a vending machine inside, so it's best to buy your own beforehand. At check-in... I was made to sign a rental agreement that I didn't really understand."
