"I checked in at 8:30 PM, and was ready to go to the public bath, but was told that the reception closes at 9:00 PM. They made some excuse like, "We used too much hot water throughout the building today, so we ran out (??) and the water couldn't reach the 5th floor?" I was furious. There was no apology the next day either, and I decided I would never use this hotel again. The breakfast was also surprisingly disappointing. The quantity and quality were so poor it wasn't even worthy of a breakfast. I absolutely cannot recommend it. I was fooled by the size of the room. You should definitely avoid Hotel Livemax!!!"
