"The front desk staff were very friendly. The check-in area is connected to the bar at the main entrance. Since there was no refrigerator in the room and we needed to store some items in a fridge, the staff kindly helped us make the necessary arrangements. We stored and retrieved our items on different days, and the staff members who assisted us were different each time. Despite this, there was no confusion at all, and they handled everything efficiently, ensuring that all of our belongings were safely stored and returned to us intact. The room was also tidy and clean. The only minor issue was that the bathroom sink drained a little slowly, but it was not a significant problem."
