"Avoid This Townhouse at All Costs I’ve stayed in plenty of vacation rentals, but this place is in a league of its own when it comes to disappointment. First, the pricing is deceptive. The advertised rate is for 2 people, but they then hit you with an additional $62 per night for each extra guest. And don’t be fooled—this is NOT an all-inclusive stay. The extra charge provides nothing extra—no amenities, no perks, just a cramped space with a few beds. But the worst part? The overbearing, harassing behavior. They have someone watching you like a hawk every time you come or go. The second you step on the property, you feel like you’re under surveillance. Want to have visitors? You’d better get pre-approval from their office, and they can only stay for two hours. Yes, two hours. It's ridiculous. We only stayed here because we did not need the food and amenities of an all inclusive but we will finish our trip at Iberostar- my peace and safety is worth the few extra dollars. Communication is nonexistent. You won’t get any information about the property until you’ve already been there for hours. You’re left to figure everything out on your own. Neena, the so-called property manager, is the worst communicator I’ve ever encountered. She is rude, condescending, and utterly lacks any basic customer service skills. It's hard to believe anyone would treat paying guests this poorly. I’ve spent thousands on this rental, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else—this place is a scam!"

"My experience with this hotel has been extremely disappointing and has significantly affected my travel plans. Firstly, upon arrival, the hotel staff initially claimed that they had not received my reservation. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my itinerary, as I had to spend additional time resolving an issue that should not have occurred. Secondly, after eventually confirming my booking, the hotel attempted to arrange for me to stay in an unfinished room for the first night. This room was not properly prepared for guests — it had no Wi-Fi and no mobile signal, making it completely unsuitable for accommodation. Thirdly, during room service, a staff member removed and lost my personal toothbrush from my room. Initially, the staff admitted responsibility for this incident. However, upon my second inquiry, the hotel staff responded with a very poor attitude and denied that the toothbrush had ever been in the room, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable."
