"This place is simply amazing! It was the best room I took on my trip to Italy this November (we visited a total of 16 cities and stayed at amazing hotels, but no room like this one). The room was very beautiful and giant, comfy and cozy. The bathroom is super modern and big, comfortable as well. The girls at reception are incredible. They did everything to make our stay wonderful. I made a mistake in the reservation because I had to do it at the last minute before the trip, and they handled it perfectly. They helped us solve the problem with *********** and gave us the best tips during the trip. They had a guy helping us take the luggage from and to the car that could be parked at a parking lot out of the city center for free. One of their tips was to go to the restaurant Il Guazzeto where I had the best fish I could ever try in my life. Outstanding trip and service! Thank you!"

"Hotel booked and fully paid for on Trip but surprise: when you arrive you must pay mandatory additional costs, in addition to the tourist tax, for a total of €29/day corresponding to “services” (package including card to access the room, cleaning of it, towels for the swimming pool…) therefore an additional addition of 203€ to be paid upon arrival on the 1490€ for two, breakfast only, already paid. You are not allowed to go into the swimming pool without a swimming cap. The breakfast is not great. No small convenience stores around. You have to go to Monopoli for this (it's best to rent a car for the week anyway so you can visit the area). As much as some members of the staff are very friendly, others barely respond to you.. (breakfast room) Overall, we experienced much better for less money. Positive point of the hotel: the rooms are correct. A big thank you to Trips.com for their follow-up during our stay and their professionalism because the costs to be paid in addition to the price already paid are not mentioned anywhere when you book on the internet regardless of the site."

"We spent 5 nights at Masseria Soluco and it was truly restful and relaxing. Ivan was the kindest and friendliest of hosts, attentive yet unobtrusive. Water, melon, beer and even bowls of pasta would appear as we relaxed by the pool. Our room was beautiful and we had access to a shared dining and kitchen area which was so well equipped. The setting is so quiet and peaceful and we loved the cats who came to greet us at breakfast. Huge range of lovely places to visit within 30-40 mins drive. Would recommend the food walking tour in Bari as a great way to spend an evening. Thank you to Ivan and all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended. 😁"

"if you want to spend a dream holiday alone or with your family, don't choose this structure, I stayed here in Calacorvino for 4 nights but the disasters started as soon as they handed us the keys, the layout of the rooms is not well defined so for It took us a long time to go up and figure out which room it was, there is only one elevator which to be faster you have to go down the stairs first, the rooms on the 3rd floor are arranged on a long terrace called by me and my companions "airport" because it was vast, empty and unlit, the "railing" of the terrace was a small, very dangerous wall because it was TOO LOW. Upon opening the room we immediately noticed the poor quality fixtures that were not working 100%, furthermore we noticed that a key was able to open all the locks on the floor, upon entering the room we immediately smell a shocking smell of dust and the presence of leaves, the water from the tap and the shower is YELLOW in colour, hair present in the toilet and in the shower, in fact for me and many of the my companions got various infections all over their bodies, the heating didn't work BUT not in all the rooms and the blankets were a very simple, very light wool blanket, in the rooms where the heating didn't work they were given space heaters from the 60's which barely stuck the light went out at the socket, second day, nothing to say other than simply that we finally discovered how to turn on the air conditioners and that when we moved a piece of furniture because the keys had fallen behind it we found a moldy French fry surrounded by tons of dust, the staff was very moody, not to mention the "legendary" disco evening, always the same music, when we reached for the alcohol button we noticed that the bartender also served minors under 18. If I were you I would make a different choice!"

"Hard to believe how this is still a 5 hotel star and prt of SLH. We have witnessed the decay of this property and their service quality over the years. We used to be regular guests coming twice a year for the last 5 years but at this point this has hit its lowest. Other than the view and breakfast by the water this is not 5 stars hotel nor they make an effort to make you feel your 1500-1800 euro per night is worth it. In this opportunity upon arrival we were denied the option to have dinner at the hotel any night (basically the only reason why we still come here for) due to events that had been booked. They blamed it on us saying we should have reserved (when a pre check e mail does not indicate that) and when its hard to believe that a hotel can simply deny guests and not accommodate options for dinner and prioritize outside reservations. After begging we were offered a really late table and seating for one of the worst dinning experiences ever. A dinner for 4 people costed nearly 1000 euro, awful service, rushed, lack of attention from all staff, grumpy waiters denied the option to remove any fish from their existing menu to accomodate my husbands allergies. We again had to beg for a simple risotto or pasta after being told no, more than twice by waiter and chef. Completely overpriced food, 60 euro for a pasta wirh a tiny bit of lobster. The fresh fish cart to choose from no longer exists. Last day we had to beg for our room to be cleaned at 6:30 pm. Staff is impersonal, unhelpful and manager Francesco is slippery and has the same bad attitude when asked to accommodate any needs. Rooms ran down, facilities old and dirty in some places as well. Your money will be better spent at any of the other hotels nearby.Stay away from this one…"

"Totally overrated. The hotel has just over 40 rooms but is anything but luxurious and some of the rooms are very loud. It is not clear why SLH accepts such hotels. Many cyclists only stay for one night. Absolutely not a hotel to stay in. The service is sometimes rude. The food is a joke. I have never eaten so badly in Apulia. The hotel has seen its best days and there are certainly better hostels. We were there for 5 days and we can clearly say: A no go and never again."

The pictures online were incredibly accurate, which isn’t always the case with hotels, and the property was even more beautiful in person. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool was the perfect way to unwind. The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we truly didn’t want to leave. We would stay here over and over again and would highly recommend Masseria Ramasian to anyone visiting Puglia!"

There was a reported water leak in the toilet that wasn't fixed, no Wi-Fi in the room, most of the sun loungers were damaged, the bikes were unusable, and they served paper tablecloths and plastic cups at breakfast (a 5-star hotel!!!), etc."

"I have to say, I was blown away with the whole stay, the views were amazing, roof top romantic, cold jacuzzi needed in 30+ heat! The staff (even with a language barrier at times) were lovely and helpful. They provided room service and roof service when ever you needed it. The token for breakfast was probably the downside, would have been awesome to have breakfast on the rooftop at the hotel while enjoying the views. The street noises were not an issue and we were there during a very busy time. The glass door to the bathroom, broke the mystery that as a honeymooning couple was still slightly there haha.. but never the less amusing. We were in room 103 the rain headed marble shower next to the bed, and we were very impressed and it had all the LED lights. The room does need places to dry swims suits etc, which we ended up taking things up to the roof. Small beach is about a 7 min walk away, sea is lovely but it’s crowded!"
