"A very clean, bright apartment with two rooms and a kitchen—it has everything you need! The veranda is wonderful, it's a pleasure to spend evenings there. There are two air conditioners, and the owner is planning to install Wi-Fi. A wonderful sea view! The owner checked us in early and checked us out late, and we are very grateful! The pool is stunning, but swimming caps are required! It also has its own private access to the sea! There's a small rocky beach."

"A wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. The hotel is chic and modern with a salt water swimming pool with enough chairs and loungers for everyone. We had a room with a terrace and jacuzzi which was great but every room is nice from what we could see. From initial pre-booking contact with the hotel to staying at the hotel, the helpfulness and warmth of the staff is evident and definitely make this a hotel you won’t want to leave. Breakfast is a combination of buffet and à la carte with the welcoming Catherina. It really is a 5 minute walk to the public beach (there is a cut-through using a gate to which you will receive a key) and also free parking in the street beside the hotel. It is about 8 to 10 minutes to walk to the Lido Valdesi which is the one that the hotel pre-booked for us. €33 for 2 chairs and an umbrella. This Lido has a bar and a restaurant unlike the Lido Sirenetta which is a little nearer to the hotel. There are no public showers we could see on the public beach walking from the hotel to Lido Sirenetta. Highly recommend you get the hotel to pre-book the Lido for you. Both Lidos were sold out on the Monday and Tuesday at end of June! There are taxis to take you back to the hotel from the beach but they will scalp you. I was quoted €13 to €16 for a taxi or taxi van on Uber but as it is the taxis that are on Uber they don’t accept the ride. A taxi quoted me €45 and when I countered with €20 was told I should walk. On another occasion I was quoted €25 from near Corallo restaurant (which I recommend for the food but not the service) to go back to the hotel. This is a taxi issue across Palermo so if you need a taxi, ask the hotel. We used Sicily Transfer from, and back to, Palermo Airport who were great. Please see picture for details as a previous restaurant review had a problem with me attaching a link. They met me inside the airport. Mercedes saloon and vans. They prefer if you get the hotel to use their central booking system so just ask the hotel to book the pick up for you. We went on to stay in Palermo city and the hotel booked Davide to take us there. See picture with contact details. He had a nice Mercedes van which seems to be the van of choice in Palermo. Go and enjoy this oasis of tranquility with the most sympatico staff to look after you."
