"The first thing is that I was robbed in the room, so don't leave anything of value when they clean the rooms. The service is very average. You arrive and they make you cross the hotel and the street to check in, carrying your suitcases. To top it all off, even if you booked a suite, you have to walk up two and a half floors. When you leave the room, make sure you don't forget anything because if you have to go back, you'll regret it. We arrived at 3 p.m. after a long car journey, and there was no way to get anything to eat, not even a lousy sandwich. I felt like leaving right then. If I had known what awaited me after the room was cleaned, I would have left, because what they stole was worth far more than my entire reservation. In short, an experience I'll forget from start to finish. And the spa... I apologize for calling an indoor pool a spa... because that's all it is. If this is typical Portuguese service, they could have kept it for themselves."
