"The location and overall atmosphere were ok. Rooms were clean but the decor was very poor, stains in sink and on walls. NO tea/coffee making facilities in room! I asked the night manager who said that he would arrange for housekeeping to provide a kettle. This did not materialise and on speaking to reception I was given an extremely rude response and told kettle not provided by hotel and to go buy one for myself! My booking was All Inclusive but at the bar, which closed at 11pm, only local beers and soft drinks were included. Premium beers Heineken,Becks etc and Cocktails had to be paid for. Total Rip Off!!! Food varied sitting by sitting and was poor from an English perspective. Outdoor and indoor pools were good along with the private beach area. Overall I was extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!"

"Had a lovely stay here with my son. Hotel was lovely and our room was really clean with fresh towels etc everyday. Staff were lovely and food really enjoyable. When in Tunisia don’t expect English food 😂 Only downside was Baba. Nothing to do with the hotel, but very pushy into making you book a trip. We never did, and glad we didn’t as feed back not good. Apart from him, would definitely go again. Thanks Eden Club for a great stay."

"We had such an amazing experience with the entertainment team at Helya Beach Hotel! A huge thank you to the Vincci Equippi animation team for making our stay so memorable. They were incredibly kind, fun, respectful, and always full of positive energy. Every day they made sure everyone was included and having a great time, creating such a fun atmosphere around the pool. We laughed a lot, made so many great memories, and honestly one of the best parts of our stay was spending time with this team. "Vi tilbragte et fantastisk par dage på Hotel Delphine Habib, og jeg kan ærligt ikke anbefale det nok.Fra det øjeblik, vi ankom, var personalet velkommen med sådan varme og professionalisme. Incheckningen var glat, og de sikrede sig, at vi havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for straks.*Beliggenhed*: Perfekt sted.Det er lige ved stranden og super tæt på Habib Bourguiba Mausoleum og byens centrum. Du kan gå til restauranter, butikker og medina i minutter.Udsigterne fra hotellet er fantastiske, især ved solnedgang.*Værelser*: Vores værelse var rent, rummeligt og moderne. Beddet var meget behageligt, AC arbejdede perfekt, og balkonen havde en stor udsigt.Husholdning kommer dagligt og de holder alt uden spot.Wifi var også hurtig, hvilket var en stor plus for os. *Føde*: Buffet på restauranten var fremragende. Mange af sorten til morgenmad, frokost og middag.Freske tunesiske retter, internationale muligheder, friske frugter, græskar og stor kaffe.Personalet i spiseområdet er opmærksomt og altid smilende.*Service*: Dette er, hvad gør Delphine Habib standse. Hvert enkelt medarbejder, fra receptionen til husholdning til restaurantholdet, var venligt, hjælpsomt, og gik ud af deres vej for at gøre vores ophold specielt.De gav os gode lokale tips og fik os til at føle os hjemme. *Faciliteter*: Poolområdet er rent og afslappende, perfekt til at slappe af efter en dag med udsigt.Strand er der og vedligeholdt godt.Alt i hotellet føler sig godt opbevaret og sikkert. Generelt gav Hotel Delphine Habib os præcis, hvad vi ønskede: komfort, stor mad, fantastisk beliggenhed og ægte tunesisk gæstfrihed.Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage og vi fortæller allerede venner at blive her.10/10"

"Første gang i Tunesien og har følt sig så velkommen føler, hvis selv om det er og har været mit andet hjem, er dette et sted, jeg vil anbefale som af animationsholdet gå ud derfra for at starte en samtale med dig så elskede, Caring nd funny hasn't been a dull moment hear , get you up dancing nd make you feel included in every game or activity theirs is that they do , the bar staff are also so polite and very understanding , føler, at selv om alle hører, at min familie har kendt dem i lang tid, går rengøringsfolk også ud derfra og giver nye håndklæder hver dag, men uden at forvente det, de laver små gestus som at lave hjerter eller små bøjer ud af vores seng, når det kommer til dem renser vores værelse, så stole på værdig x"

"I had a wonderful stay at One Resort Jockey. Everything was excellent, from the facilities and cleanliness to the food and service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, who were absolutely amazing. They brought great energy every day, organized fun activities, and made sure guests were always entertained. Their enthusiasm, friendliness, and hard work really made the holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend One Resort Jockey to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation."

Le Soleil Bella Vista Resort

"A nice location and view, but half the rooms pointed towards the TUI hotel, tricking my whole family into thinking the TUI pool was ours. I don’t think it’s value as a 4 star resort is real though, when we were checking out and waiting for the taxi, we got assigned to 2 rooms, one for luggage and 1 for us 14. The cleanliness and atmosphere was not great, the room meant for us had a broken AC with a cinnamon smell, which we soon found out was an electrical burn. When we checked out, Guest Relations told us we could use the luggage trolley, yes, one. Then another staff member put the suitcases off the trolley and put it back, not even telling us. The service and guest relations were so bad, we got a ‘family room’, the AC barely worked, one of the beds was a sofa bed, the other was a sofa. Other rooms for my family had a leaking AC. A member of my family lost the card and was told he would need to pay £7 for a replacement room card, there was no notice or being told of us having to pay. The staff members were so rude, they would only be nice after being given a tip, our cleaner told us TUI was great hotel but were supposedly only paid £4 per month which was a lie and a family member gave her a tip, falling into their trap. The room was so small, as stated earlier, all the beds were not proper, a double bed was out 2 singular mattresses put on one and the other two beds were sofas. Barely got any amenities. Atmosphere, looks good, edited room photos to look good. Holiday from hell."
