"First time staying at this Hotel…. First and important point is the Hotel Reception and main restaurant needs air conditioning. The whole building is out dated and needs some TLC. Cons would be…the rooms especially the bathrooms, sun loungers need better padding, only large bottles of water given which get warm easily, beach towels not provided, only 1 barman serving drinks in the main restaurant and main bar at all times. Pros would be…food choice is good everyday. Entertainment team are by far the best thing this Hotel has to offer. Lots of activities, energy and variety of evening shows, a special mention and thank you to Alex, Snow and Cesar. These guys need more recognition for what they do for their guests."

"Animationsholdet er genialt, især GG og Leo de er så sjove og meget søde.Mike er fantastisk på brandshowet.Hamdi er også genialt! Det anbefales bestemt, at dette hotel placeringen er præfekt stranden og poolen er briller, og alle animationsholdet viser sig i klasse.Vi vil være tilbage! Atmosfæren er brillant, og aktiviteterne er så sjove, at animationsholdet giver petanque, dart, volleyball, fodspor alt, hvad du vil gøre!Jeg har lært arabisk, da jeg var her, da holdet er så venligt og hjælpsomt, de er så sjove!Kan ikke vente på at komme tilbage! Vi vil savne Neptunus og alle medlemmer af animationsholdet!"

"Difficult one to review, but I would advise anyone thinking of booking here to do their research. When I booked my holiday, the reviews were great. Then, as high season hit, the reviews got worse! We had already booked and paid, and so we tried to go forward with an open mind. We did have a great holiday, and made the best out of it, but it is absolutely not a 4star, maybe a 2 star at best. Most of the staff really do make an effort, but then some give you their sob story to try and get tips. We had 2 rooms for our family of 5, we were very lucky that AC worked very well in both. My room was made up with fresh towels each day, and the beds were made well, but the sheets were stained and the pillows were old and had seen better days, only 1 power socket worked, and the room was generally just in need of updating. Cleanliness of the other room was not as good, several bugs, lots of hair in bathroom etc. Yes there is rubbish all over the place, but, to be fair to the hotel, this is the guests doing, people taking plates and plates of food out of the restaurant and then leaving it in random places, and so its not cleared away until the cleaning staff start the next morning. The food is repetitive, but all 3 of my children ate. If all else fails there is a pasta station for the more fussy eaters. I have coeliac disease and I really struggled with the food. No allergy labeling, and no one understood what I was trying to find out about the food. I did email before I visited to try and find out info, but got no answer. Luckily I took my own bread and cereal with me. And so used that and lived on salad and sometimes rice. Yes you have to queue for everything, but unfortunately the other guests do not do this, they push and grab at things, making it absolute carnage at meal times. I actually can't describe how rude the other guests were and how hectic the meal times are. It's deffo an experience, and one that I will not repeat! The snack bar is absolutely pointless, never seemed to be open, and only served a strange turkey burger. Thank god there is a shop selling ice cream and snacks etc for the kids! The resort it not equipped to deal with the number of guests, not enough of anything, from sun beds to plates and cutlery. Everying had to be waited for due to it running out. The entertainment was very questionable at times, and possibly the loudest PA system ive ever heard! The animation team were good, but there are no instructions about where things are happening, and so it is not easy to take part in lots of things as you dont know where and when they are doing them. The pool water is not very clear and appears to need a good filter! The guy trying to sell excursions is a rip off merchant. He pushed and pushed trying to charge us 600d for a boat trip, we went into the town and got it for around 300d, literally the same trip! All in all, will I go back? Absolutely not! We made the best of it because we had paid a lot of money and wanted the chi"

"My review So sitting here on our last day I thought I'd write my review. We've been here for 2 weeks and have had a wonderful time in spite of the crazy heatwave. Rooms/ hotel - very clean and hotel is being cleaned constantly. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, aircon is good but does struggle when temperatures hit the 40s and we were lucky enough to have WiFi in our rooms. All the staff were lovely, friendly and happy to help and work so hard. Wifi - we found it was OK in our rooms, by the pool and lobby but could be hit and misd. Our kids didn't have esim cards so they just used wifi when they could and all good. Food - we only did the buffet restaurant as my hubby/ kids are a bit fussy so wasn't sure the al a carte would work for us. The food at the buffet was lovely, lots of choice, all cooked properly and the waiter service in the restaurant for drinks was brilliant. As I said hubby/ kids are fussy but found something every night. Pools- we mainly stayed at the slide pool as our kids are teenagers, we all loved the slides and me and my daughter took part in the aqua gym and zumba most days. Trips- we booked two trips with Ali Baba that are in the hotel, quad bikes and catamaran both brilliant and then got a free trip to sousse to go to the market. Sousse was good but unfortunately too hot to fully enjoy. We also went to montastir for dinner one evening to captain restaurant at the marina which was really good and so reasonable. Unfortunately we were scammed by someone that has now been removed from this group for a trip to El Jem so my advice only book with your rep or Ali Baba who are lovely. Foam party - we did it in the day and evening and were really fun. The entertainment staff do an amazing job and are always doing little things to entertain. We didn't watch the evening shows as preferred to sit in the bar and play cards. Beach is beautiful especially at sunset, water is warm and so shallow. We did one of the inflatable sofas at the beach which was 160DT and such good fun. A definite highlight. I would recommend this hotel to anyone ❤️❤️"
