"Værelset var rent, og beliggenheden var fremragende – tæt på søen.Grundlaget omkring bygningen er meget velholdt, med masser af grønnere.Mine eneste forbehold er garderoberne, som er gamle. Desværre kan du ikke sætte noget i dem, fordi de lugter af must.Disse garderober bør genmagnes eller kastes ud.Vandkøllen kunne være elektrisk.Gasovnen tager lang tid at koge vand til te eller kaffe. Fjernsynet har kun italienske kanaler, og der er ingen musik eller sportskanaler, som alle kender, såsom MTV, Euro Sport osv. Det er mindre detaljer, men jeg tror, det er værd at forbedre; det vil gøre kunden endnu mere tilfreds med deres ophold. - Det er godt."

"Utrolig oplevelse Hotellet er super super ren og udsigten til søen fra balkonen er fantastisk.Maden er fremragende for både morgenmad og middag, og folket på receptionen var meget hjælpsomme og dejlige.Værelserne er rummelige og komfortabele. Hotellet er lige ved siden af gondolen og meget coe til byens centrum.Vi bookede et regelmæssigt værelse, de opgraderede os til et værelse med udsigt (værelse 462).Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage!"

"This has to be the best placed hotel in Molveno! Just the most perfect location, it's dream like. We were so lucky to have room 47, which had a balcony overlooking the lake and Molveno, it was simply breathtaking. The breakfast terrace, the view from the dining room and the pool area and small beach space all have the most incredible views. The whole of the hotel grounds are beautiful and so well maintained, every single area is attended to. Breakfast was always lovely with plenty of choice. Evening meals were amazing, such delights served up every night which we always enjoyed. Top chefs indeed! The staff are execptional, from breakfast shifts, to dinner service and attending to the bar in the afternoon / evening, everyone worked hard with such friendliness. Quite simply, we had the most beautiful, chilled week at Grand Hotel, Molveno and we loved every minute, thank you to all 😊"

"Smukt sted, foran søen med udsigt fra den spektakulære balkon. Jeg har boet her 3 gg med min datter og min nevø og vi fandt os godt. Smukt personale, hyggeligt og altid tilgængelig. Rengøring værelse. Morgenmad varierer og overflod . Ligeledes spise . Indre parkering . De har også en smuk have, også kureret med spil for de mindste . Alt er perfekt . Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage især med en mere gunstig vejr, da der var lidt koldt og vind. Godt sted!"

"DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. THE OWNERS LACK BASIC HUMAN DECENCY. I made a booking to stay at the hotel Garni Arnica. Unfortunately, my mother, who was going to be traveling with us, passed away suddenly a few days before our scheduled trip. Despite these extenuating circumstances, the hotel refused to refund the cost of our booking. Any other hotel would have made an exception for bereavement."

"We stayed here early September, a beautiful time of year to visit Molveno. The hotel is in an excellent location, very central and within walking distance from many hiking trails. The hotel is cute, clean and offers delicious dishes. The pictures do not lie, it really is as gorgeous as it appears! The highlight however was the service which was impeccable, in particular Nicola was extremely helpful and kind. Cannot recommend enough!"

We were delighted with a beautiful room, not too big but very well furnished and spotlessly clean, coming home after a long hike and admiring the lake view from the little balcony was my favourite part of the day! "We were booked to go to another place but could not get there the day we arrived in Molveno. We asked this hotel if they could assist us to get to the booked accommodation. They were extremely helpful. We then asked if they had accommodation for that night. They did and they made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was great with the best pillows and sheets had ever felt. The breakfast was really good too. I can't recommend the owner of this hotel highly enough. He was 'multi gentile'"
