"I just spent two nights at Fortuna Hotel. My room was small but clean and I had everything that I needed. The staff was so nice. They assisted me in every way..bringing me my laundry..bringing me the most delicious meals. I sad to have to leave!"

Premier Hotel Miskolc

"This is not a 4 star hotel! The reception is combined with the bar(?), apparently they have only 27 rooms. It seems that this is a conference center with guest rooms in a residential complex advertised a four star establishment... Pros: comfy bed, good water pressure and a garage if you need one (we didn't... Cons: mediocre breakfast, no phone in the room(!), and high-tech feature called "unique room access system.." The hotel had a power outage at night while we were there, and we could reach the front desk by making an international call on our non-Hungarian cellphones... no night-lights in the room, it was pitch-black, unable to use the batroom and absolutely no communication from staff. The electricity finally came back... I suggest to install "traditional" phones or at least have flashlights in the rooms. We had a strange experience and would not return."

"Det var i grunden okay. Personalet var hjælpsomt og venligt. Breakfast kører kun til ni, hvilket er ret tidligt til at afslutte det. Hotellet har en restaurant, men maden i det er ikke rigtig god.Bortset fra pizzaen, der var meget god. Beliggenheden er lidt isoleret, men let tilgængelig med bil. Nogle medarbejdere taler ikke meget engelsk, men de yngre er bedre. Generelt er det ikke for dårligt og ikke for dyrt."

"We stayed in one of the most beautiful hotels in Hungary in June 2025. The rooms are clean and the food is delicious. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do in the area. This is our sixth stay here. We will definitely be back."

"Overall, the experience was really spoiled by the extremely stingy attitude of the hotel, which is not at all worthy of a four-star hotel in principle. The room was small, with an uncomfortable layout (the shower door opened onto the toilet, the cabinet under the sink made it impossible to sit comfortably on the toilet, even though we are both under 170 cm tall), not to mention the thin toilet paper. The view from the room was particularly pleasant. The sauna was not even turned on at 10 am, when in theory the wellness section was already open (and even then they only turned it on upon special request, and only one). The food selection was poor, especially regarding vegetables and vegetarian options. You could not ask for tap water at the table for dinner (not even after repeated requests), only very expensive mineral water, which in my opinion is a denial of basic human needs. Unfortunately, despite the friendly reception, most of the staff were rude. One gets the feeling that if they didn't want to cram so many rooms and such a large wellness area into one place, everyone would be much better off and the hotel would have money left over for normal services. In the three-star hotels I've been to, the staff, service and conditions were much more dignified. Outrageously, when I left, they tried to bribe me with a gift (probably pálinka) in exchange for a five-star review."

"Been here with my wife and son. The hotel looks and it is not taken care of. We had to cancel the stay due to terible smell in the hotel and dead bird on the window. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel !!!!"
