"I stayed here for business purposes, with no meals included. I was able to stay at this hotel for a reasonable price, as it was a weekday-only plan. The room I stayed in was a Japanese-style room and was spacious, but I was a little surprised to see that the sliding doors, shoji screens, and wallpaper were torn in several places. I guess they don't have the budget to repair them, right? I wish they would consider how their guests feel when dealing with this. The hot spring was good, but the water in the open-air bath was a little warm. The view from the room was good, as it faced the Yoshino River, but I was bothered by the sound of cars driving on the prefectural road from early in the morning."

"This was a comfortable hotel that I would like to use again when I come to Yunogo. Although it is located near the road, the double-paned windows block out the sound of cars, making it very quiet. Dinner had many dishes and generous portions. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The room's cups are double-walled tumblers, so even when I put ice from the convenience store in them to chill my drinks, the cups didn't sweat, which was great during hot weather."

"It is far away from downtown Okayama, and the only transportation is buses. The sanitary conditions inside are not bad, but dust occasionally floats down from the ceiling when I go there. It seems to be a recent problem with the hotel. As for the service, we happened to be received by a foreign waiter intern, but the English he spoke was a bit incomprehensible. I wonder if it was because there were not many people on weekdays, and there were very few waiters. Dinner and breakfast were very light, and there were no expensive or special dishes. They were just ordinary and felt a bit perfunctory. As for the facilities, the hot spring pool is in one area. There are indoor and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool is quite small. There are free snacks, coffee and tea in the hotel that you can take for yourself in the lobby. Overall, the CP value is not high, and it is not worth traveling all the way."

"I have to complain about the so-called smart toilet in the hotel room. It's ridiculously small, more like it's for kids. Adults, especially men, can't use it properly. The brush head doesn't automatically clean itself, and the water flow is extremely weak. The seat was an aftermarket addition, smaller than the original toilet. If you mind this, think twice before choosing this hotel."

"This Western-style hotel suddenly appears in the middle of a hot spring town. It's like an American resort hotel, the goods sold in the shop are lovely, the rooms have high ceilings, and they even provide two types of slippers, one for outside and one for inside the room. As others have mentioned, the bath is across the street, but it's right in front of the hotel, and you're nice and warm from the hot springs when you return, so it doesn't bother you. The bath is indeed on the smaller side, but I stayed on a weekday at the end of November, so I had it all to myself, which was wonderful. If the hotel is full and there are many female guests, it might feel cramped when it's crowded. The meals were mainly vegetables and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of the typical hot spring inn cuisine."

Sweets and towels were sometimes replenished lol I felt there were some issues with the staff, such as the bathing tax being charged 200 yen instead of 150 yen on the website.
