They refused to allow me to search for my belongings and made no effort to check for the lost items. I found their response rude and highly unprofessional. In addition, the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The closet was broken, suggesting poor maintenance of the furniture, and the pans were dirty. While the room itself was clean, the view was terrible and the lighting was quite dim. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this property."
