"Location was great. Just across Milan Central Train Station and it was easy to navigate. 4 metro stops to the Duomo. Room was ok, big enough for 2 person but I’m travelling solo so it’s’more than enough. Room view was the offices next to our building. The only downside was the AC was not adjustable. It was kept between 24-25 degrees the whole time which was stuffy at times."

"I'm very dissatisfied with the rating given by Trip.com; it's inaccurate. My stay last night was terrible – I didn't get any sleep. The room number was 015, on the ground floor. The window faced a tram stop, and I could hear tram, car, and motorbike noises all night, plus people walking and talking outside. The vibration from the trams, cars, and motorbikes was also very loud. The window offered absolutely no sound insulation. Paying over 3000 RMB for such a night was an awful experience. Breakfast was extremely basic, and they even charged extra for an omelet. What they call a 'castle hotel' is just a very ordinary, simple European style. Feedback from guests who have stayed here should serve as a direct reference for others considering this hotel. I chose this hotel because of its high rating, but Trip.com's ratings and the opinions of their 'experience experts' are very inaccurate and incomplete. They exaggerate the positives and fail to mention the problems."

"Standardhytten er faktisk en kapsel. Der er tre køjesenge i hvert værelse, hvilket giver seks kapsel-sengepladser, plus to separate små kapselværelser (måske luksushytter). Det værste er, at det er blandede sovesale. Kan du forestille dig at komme ind på værelset og se en mand i bare underbukser sidde i overkøjen og smile til dig? Jeg forstår, at mange vandrerhjem i Europa har blandede sovesale, men det burde i det mindste gøres klart og ikke vildledende beskrevet. Jeg mistænker stærkt, at ejeren er blevet ført bag lyset af den kinesiske markedsføringsansvarlige."

"We had a double room and had a pretty good time. We found the building and room super clean, comfortable, and modern. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the shared kitchen. The only downside: the bathroom in our room (#6), although spotlessly clean, had a strong musty, moldy smell. A real shame for a property of this type. Unfortunately, the rooms are also poorly soundproofed, and the noise is quite noticeable. We slept well, though; the problem was in the late afternoon when we stayed in our room for a bit to rest. We didn't have any noise issues that night."
