"This is my second stay at this hotel in Mianyang. I contacted Cindy in advance, and she kindly arranged a river-view room for us. The weather has been great these past few days, with pleasant temperatures. The sunrise in the morning is supposed to be stunning, but I woke up too late to catch it. However, I did see the sky in two distinct colors, which was quite a unique sight. The hotel breakfast was just so-so. Cindy's service, though, was absolutely excellent. She put us on the 19th floor, and the room was even better than the one I had last time. The bedding was also very comfortable; Cindy mentioned it's custom-made for Jinjiang Radisson Group, and it felt really premium. Since I redeemed some points, I was able to extend my check-out until 3 PM, which was incredibly considerate. I could even have lunch and then a quick nap before leaving. I'll definitely be back next time. Cindy is such a wonderful person and provides exceptional service!"

The overall decoration is simple and has a book atmosphere, and the Zhuju Book Bar is beautiful to take pictures. The breakfast buffet is hot and fresh, and there is a warm heart supper porridge in the evening. The room is quiet and not noisy. The fatigue of the journey will be relieved. "This was my first time staying at the Sheraton Mianyang, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience – a truly high-quality five-star hotel! The hotel is nestled in the Xianhai Scenic Area, boasting stunning lake views and beautiful natural scenery. The air is fresh, and the environment is tranquil and elegant. The overall architecture is grand and sophisticated, creating a wonderful ambiance. The guest rooms are spacious and grand, with a light luxury and exquisite decor. They were spotlessly clean and laid out to be cozy and comfortable. The mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable, making it super relaxing to lie down. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light, and I could enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views right from my bed – the panoramic vista was truly remarkable. The bathroom facilities were new and complete, with stable hot water and high-quality toiletries, making for a supremely comfortable stay. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. The staff were warm, polite, and efficient, responding quickly to any requests. They were friendly and kind, which made me feel very much at ease. The breakfast buffet offered a rich and diverse selection, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, covering both Chinese and Western dishes, along with authentic local snacks – all delicious. Hotel amenities are comprehensive, including a heated swimming pool, fitness center, and children's playground, making it an excellent choice for family getaways. The location is superb, offering convenient transportation and easy parking. The overall hardware facilities are top-notch, and the service is meticulous and heartwarming. It offers incredible value for money, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I was completely satisfied with my entire stay and wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating. Highly recommended!"

There are several shopping malls nearby, and Xinhua Bookstore and Daguanyuan are right next door, so there's plenty to do. Plus, it's very close to Majia Lane, a food paradise. Now, about the facilities: The hotel is new and very clean. Even though it's on the ninth floor, the water pressure in the shower is still excellent. Service: Excellent too. They reserved a parking space for us in advance. If we needed anything, we just asked on WeChat, and they were there for us."

"Extremely dissatisfied 1. No disposable slippers were provided; I had to ask a staff member for them. 2. The mirror faced the bed, which was very unreasonable. 3. I booked a double room, but it was actually two single beds pushed together. Sleeping in the middle was extremely uncomfortable, which is one of the reasons I was very dissatisfied. 4. After 10 pm that night, the water temperature was extremely low, making it impossible to shower normally. When I reported this to the front desk, they just made us wait for over an hour. 5. The door lock was broken and couldn't be locked properly. As a girl, I was worried and reported this to the front desk immediately. A technician came and fixed it, but I hope the hotel can conduct its own inspections. When I reported this to the technician, the answer I received was that basically half of the locks in the rooms were like this and couldn't be locked, which felt like they were making us look for their own problems. 6. The shower area was extremely small. 7. The doors and windows were also broken; everything was broken. 8. The room they were assigned was the last room of the hotel, and there was a strong smell when I walked in."
