And still 3 days not send me back 200€ deposit.. now i call them 2 time. This hotel is very rude staff.. and angry staff.. 👎 not helpfull... after check out 35€ taxess he will demand.. many many Hide Taxess of this cheap hotel"

The view from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the shimmering sea. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s dining options were a highlight, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful array of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit spotty in certain areas. Otherwise, my stay was flawless. I would highly recommend The Grand Oasis for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service."

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. First of all, the wifi in the room didn't work at all; secondly, the electronic doors in the room were broken. They couldn't be opened from the outside or locked from the inside. They were repaired several times but were still broken. I went up and downstairs to the front desk N times in the past few days. communication; again, around five o'clock in the morning on Saturday morning, a sharp short selling alarm suddenly sounded. I contacted Ctrip to modify the order and cancel the subscription, but there was no solution at all. They only said that the hotel did not agree. A few days after I checked in, I found that there were a lot of Chinese group guests in the hotel. I felt like it was a rubbish hotel that Ctrip cooperated with. Ctrip, do you have any conscience in cheating your compatriots? Without doing some due diligence and blindly recommending, I just focus on earning agency fees, and pretend to be dumbfounded if I don't solve the problem. I am very, very disappointed..."
