"The hotel is in a great location . Ample and easy access to parking . Rooms are spacious and clean. However , the air conditioning is almost non existent in the room . I approached the front desk with the issue and the reception was kind to let me change to another room , however the rooms are all the same with little air conditioning as it’s been adjusted centrally . It was an uncomfortable stay . This is the 5th hotel that we have stayed now in our 3 weeks Europe trip and by far the worst in air condition . Even when we were in Venice a couple of days ago with the extreme heatwave , the room was nicely cool. A pity , as other than this , it’s a nice hotel ."

"The location is very good. It is just about 300 metres from the train station. From my apartment (217), I had a view of moving trains as the property is located close to the rail lines. It is just in the centre of Metz City, close to supermarkets such as Carrefour, Match and the rest. The facilities worked very well throughout my stay with the exception of the heater in my room. I improvised with the heater in the rest room. The interior is very neat though the exterior can be better. The staff mind their business but assisted when approached. I asked for an extension of 2 hours beyond the checkout time to relax before the scheduled time of my train to Paris and it was approved without stress."

"This is a budget hotel, so our expectations were already very low. But this hotel was at a level I didn't even know was possible below. We had booked two rooms. Both smelled of cigarettes. The rooms were hotter than the sun itself. I have nothing against shared toilets/showers, but these were extremely dirty. The bedding hadn't been washed since the last time, and when I tried to fall asleep, I felt something on me. I turned on the light and saw several insects crawling on the mattress. We had booked this as a stopover for a longer journey. By then it was night, and we just left without sleeping. I am not exaggerating when I say these are scenes from a nightmare. And all this in an extremely seedy neighborhood where we didn't feel safe."

"Small downside for the gentleman at the reception who was very friendly, but who asked me for an identity document. So I gave him my driving license issued by the state and therefore serves as an identity document accepted in France from the moment the photo on the document resembles the person. Fortunately my wife had hers, otherwise he would not have accepted us. After research his explanations were completely false. Otherwise the rest is good"

En original dekoration, ideel beliggenhed 100 m fra byens hjerte . Lys, rent, rummeligt værelse med en moquette, der kan gå i gang på første række, men som endelig bliver hurtigt glemt. "We left two hours after checking in and didn't sleep there. Light in the toilet has been removed, no air conditioning, emergency door on the top floor was left open so that anyone can enter, the parking lot gate was left open so that anyone can enter. The entire hotel was accessible to passers-by. Dirty showers, dirty hallways, bedding with yellow stains, door holders of the rooms were broken, strong and irritating smell of cleaning products in the room. Cigarette smoke smell in the other room. Dirty room for breakfast. All kinds of unsavory types hang around the area around the hotel."

"The hotel is located in a less than appealing part of town, between car dealerships and repair shops, in a cheaply constructed building. The rooms, like the bathrooms, are small and furnished minimally. The bed is tolerable. The only advantages are the convenient parking and the low price."
