"First time staying for the night. Honestly value for money. Place was super clean, spacious and well maintained. Had a little trouble with the digital lock at first, called one of the personal and she was super helpful. To top it off, the place even has complimentary drinks & it has a mini in house first aid kit for your injuries. Honestly a super nice place, will return again in future if i need to stay a night in Mersing."

"I came with my 3 children, and we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The floor in our room was dirty, the armchair was moldy, one hanger was broken, the toilet light was so dim, the flush doesn’t work well. The blanket, when it fell out of the duvet, showed lots of dirty moldy marks. The pillows were yellow and old. The mattresses were old and yellow too. The surrounding was not well kept, lots of dirty and moldy parts that were falling apart. The swimming pool drain cover were broken, it was very dangerous. The area where we wash off the sand from the beach, was completely full of algae and the water did not drain, so when we turn on the tap, it stirred up smells of urine. The food is not great. They were mostly cold and not fresh. Overall, this place is very badly maintained, even though the staff were nice and helpful, but the overall environment is uncomfortable. I hope that this hotel will do a major renovation and keep it nice and clean."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The service was excellent—everyone was so polite and greeted me warmly whenever we met. The island environment is beautiful and very relaxing, making the whole atmosphere so pleasant and laid-back. Every meal was delicious too! My only small comment is that there were quite a lot of mosquitoes and insects in the room, which I understand is unavoidable on an island, but I hope the pest control can be improved in the future. Overall, I had a really great day and truly enjoyed my time here. Thank you to everyone for the amazing service—I will definitely come back again!"
