"We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment upstairs apartment was very neat and tidy , self contained kitchen had all requirements, east facing balcony with view to the beach , off street parking , heated pool, bbq area with outdoor furniture Excellent for families with large playground and open park area opposite , also good for older people with ground floor units . Coffee shop/cafe and also take away shop across the road 5 minute walk to beach and Merimbula lake 20 minute walk across the bridge to town A great place to stay with on-site managers Madelyn and Gary very helpful and pleasant to deal with We look forward to staying again"

"Stor beliggenhed tæt på centrum af byen.Meget ren og velpræsenteret.Middel af intervalprisen i bygningen begynder at vise sin alder.Dusør i derefter har brug for opmærksomhed, da strømmen er meget dårlig.Det vigtigste spørgsmål med mig, hvis dusøren er anden rate morgen/aften. Dobbelt og tre stykker stue i stue på en måde, der passer på den er blevet brugt ved dato og har brug for hastende opmærksomhed.Ikke behagelig at slappe af i slutningen af dagen."

Waterview Luxury Apartments

"Sadly we were disappointed with our stay at Waterview Luxury Apartments, the apartment itself was a good size and clean, perhaps a little worn and shabby in the bathrooms, but fine. The location of our apartment was the real disappointment, we expected a water view of Merimbula, instead we were at the back of the property above the reception office. We got a partial waterview and a great view of the busy road running across the front of the property plus the airport runway. The road had almost constant traffic so sitting on the very small balcony was not an option. Overall our stay was a let down and I also feel it is only fair to let others know about the almost constant road noise. Note: request not to stay in apartment 9."

"Stayed for 3 nights in an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment. Views of the lake were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful management. Beach and town an easy walk. Apartment has everything you need and was clean. We enjoyed our stay."
