"Fantastic stay, from the moment we arrived everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The room was as advertised very spacious, clean and included everything we needed. The surrounding pools and seated areas were relaxing and really added to the time at the hotel. The daily cleaning was done quickly and to high standard, left some lovely towel art that didn’t go unnoticed. Would absoloutly stay again one of my best hotel stays ever."

Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel Zamna is a beautiful oasis in the heart of lovely Mérida. My wife and I stayed there twice, in February 2022 and February 23. Trip advisor would not let me indicate these dates. I had to indicate February 2025. Rosío and José are fabulous , friendly and welcoming hosts. All of the detailed posts here are spot on. One thing the comments did not mention was the interesting and world wide guests that you will meet at breakfast or in the pool. I now have an interesting "pen pal" - or now email pal from London. I would not stay anywhere else in Mérida."

"Sandt usædvanlig sted for min to-nat ophold. Gå gennem frontdøren og du er virkelig i et velkomment, hacienda-lignende sted meget roligt, stort og hyggeligt værelse, med en vidunderlig bruser ... og grunden/fælles område er som at være i din egen semi-private, eksklusive (på en god måde) resort ... virkelig. Aaron (sandsynligvis forkert skrevet) hilsede mig velkommen og viste mig omkring.Lupita lavede og serverede morgenmad og var dejligt venlig (og havde kaffe for tidligt til min tidlige afgang). Sylvia (se foto) gav mig den bedste massage jeg har haft i 20+ år (og jeg får 6-10 massage, og besøger forskellige wellness-resorter, hvert år).Ejerne er charmerende, og er helt forpligtet til at gøre dit ophold til en helt tilfredsstillende, mindeværdig oplevelse. Smukt poolområde, mange inviterede opholdsområder, veludpeget køkken og tilgængelig alkohol til en rimelig pris.Og en fuld række spa og meditation/yoga/helelivsservice til meget rimelige priser (i min mening).God beliggenhed. Rent prissat (men ærligt talt troede jeg, det var en utrolig værdi).Jeg kan virkelig ikke sige nok gode ting om dette særlige, velkomment sted. Jeg kunne nyde Merida og ville (og sandsynligvis vil) vende tilbage til Merida for at få mulighed for at blive i Casa Oasis igen. “Oasis” er på ... og mine billeder fanger ikke virkelig skønheden af dette sted.Godt gjort! Tre glæder til ejerne og fantastisk personale!Og, den søde lille pude var virkelig kølig og en behandling..."
