"We booked this hotel In advance and requested our food order over 6 hours prior to arrival . Check in was smooth and rooms pleasant and clean . We sat down to dinner at the tea room as it was cold to sit outside we informed them that we had pre ordered dinner . We were a group of 9 no one attended to our table for an hour , eventually we had to drag the staff away from Their conversation in order to get served drinks . Another hour passed and still no food . The service was awful . Food was ok once it finally arrived almost 9 hours after our pre order . We spoke with and met Sam the next morning who was understanding and explained the lack of Communication between the two restaurants within the hotel . Sam was a pleasure to deal With . Therefore despite our experience the night before , this is a good hotel and the stay was pleasant ."

Everything was on plan, Emma acted very professional in selecting and organizing our rooms for a our stay at the Hotel. Early morning we had a mouth watering breakfast at the Spot Cafe with breathtaking views to the city. I really must say it was so delicious. Their accommodation is so unmatched well with fully furnished rooms, very spacious with WI-FI. Security wasn't nothing to worry about our Valuables.
