"Just returned from our Trip to Mbale that was fully customized by The spot Hotel. Everything was on plan, Emma acted very professional in selecting and organizing our rooms for a our stay at the Hotel. Early morning we had a mouth watering breakfast at the Spot Cafe with breathtaking views to the city. I really must say it was so delicious. Their accommodation is so unmatched well with fully furnished rooms, very spacious with WI-FI. Security wasn't nothing to worry about our Valuables. I would surely Highly recommend The spot Hotel for a stay in Mbale City."

"A lovely stay here with friends. I doubt I have ever heard more birdcalls ever in a single walk. Lovely work that the Management has done with trees and shrubbery, allowing them their full expression. An eco theme for this resort would be a natural next step, with a focus on indigenous flora species. I love rooms with mountain views and I got a lovely one, Room 318. Management and customer care for the hotel is above average for Uganda. More to be done though. Food is great and shows a lot of thought. The hot water in the showers is hot hot and endless. The bath linen should be upped. Bed linen was fine. Loved this and will be happy to do this again. I must knock the hotel for not placing in the room the fine Arabica coffee that this region is known for. Who said in-room coffee must be instant?"

"Stayed in this lovely situated hotel for 5 nights. Spacious, tidy and well-equipped rooms. With free WiFi, minibar, hairdryer, rain shower with cold & hot running water. Besides that, I really enjoyed the extensive breakfast-buffet and dinner-a-la-carte-menu, the ever-smiling service-staff, the shady tropical garden and the full-size swimming-pool. All in all a truly recommended place to stay and a perfect base to explore the Mt. Elgon region, with all its natural hidden gems…"

"A hotel with great location and magnificent views overlooking Sipi Valley and Sipi Waterfalls. The individual houses (for 2 rooms each) are well-placed facing east so that they do not heat up in the sun during the day. The distance between houses is quite far, so you are not bothered by your neighbours. The property is well-maintened with plenty of flowers and greenery. The way from the main highway is not straightforward, but local drivers have no difficulty locating it. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are filling. Nice staff. Multiple electric sockets in the room. Electricity blackouts are often in the area, but the property has its own generator."

Superbar Geofrey, der præsenterede mig for Uganda gin.Nice pool, pool bar og haveservice.Restauranten er god, lidt langsom om natten, fordi det var så travlt.Frue var buffetstil, men god, med den anden bedste mandaz i vores smagstest. Mange parkeringspladser.Smuk køretur rundt om Mbale og sikker til at løbe uden for hotellet.Golfbane ved siden af døren."
