"Great stay in Mayrhofen at this beautiful B&B. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Great size rooms with everything you need. Great view from the large window and a good size balcony, comfortable beds and underfloor heating in the bathrooms with a good size walk in shower. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice from bacon, boiled eggs, cereals and yoghurts. Staff are lovely and everywhere was so clean and welcoming. At the end of a busy day on the slopes you can relax in Mikey’s bar with live sport on the tv screens. You can get the ski bus right outside or you can walk up through the village to the gondola and ticket machines. I would definitely stay here again when we are next in Mayrhofen. You"

"The new building with the spa area is really beautiful... because it's very spacious, guests are spread out well, so it's pleasantly quiet everywhere... The food looks very good, but the taste is average. The service is really hit and miss. On the first day, a very friendly and attentive waitress, but on the second day, unfortunately, the complete opposite. The rooms are okay; the older part is quite dated, but clean."

"Our 4th visit to The Elisabeth & thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite arriving 3 hours late on our flight from Manchester (which unfortunately isn’t unusual), the hotel kept the restaurant open to provide us with dinner which was very much appreciated. Our room was once again in the new part of the hotel & was perfect. Enormous comfortable bed, massive balcony & huge bathroom & lounge area. Breakfast was first class with a huge choice of fresh fruit, cereal, nuts & seeds. Lots of cold cuts & cheeses & hot food including omelettes made to order. Dinner was also delicious with a choice of meat, fish & vegetarian main courses each evening. The quality & presentation was excellent. All the staff were wonderful & so efficient from the ladies who cleaned our room (usually while we were at breakfast) to everyone in the restaurant with a special mention for Juliana who ensured everyone was well looked after. Mayrhofen is one of our favourite Austrian resorts & we hope to return to this hotel again next year."

"This place is a true gem situated 1 min from Mayrhofen HBF station and 80 mtrs from the ski buses which cover the Zillertal area. The owners and staff are a great team who can’t do enough to make your stay such a great experience. The place is immaculate and the gym and sauna are an added bonus. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and set us up for a day on the slopes. They have various types of accommodation from couples to large families and some with self catering facilities. We loved this place and will definitely recommend it to anyone. Excellent, thank you the Moigg family🍺"

"Fremragende hotel!! Dejligt, opmærksomt personale, lækker mad og beliggenheden er perfekt i forhold til de to elevatorer. Vi ankom sent på grund af flytider, og de tilbød et varmt måltid fra hovedrestauranten. Vi boede her sidste år med et værelse overfor indgangen til Apres Club, og vi blev aldrig forstyrret. I år boede vi i et mindre værelse bagerst, og det var også perfekt. Vi blev gift halvvejs gennem opholdet, og personalet lavede et kort til at hilse på os ved morgenmaden (sammen med en flaske Sekt, som vores familie havde arrangeret). Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage, måske om sommeren denne gang? Tak igen."

To top is all off, your location in the heart of beautiful Mayrhofen was perfect with 10 minute walks or free shuttles to both major lifts in town. The owner Willie Pfister has an incredible and infectious passion for his hotel, his wine collection as a 17 year Somalia along with his rustic and ancient wine cellar with real bricks from many centuries ago. "Fantastic stay all round. Extremely clean hotel and rooms. Rooms were cleaned every day. Great location to slopes and bars/restaurants. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk away. Lovely breakfast and staff. Would definitely stay again."

"Smukt, hyggeligt boutique hotel med en varm og venlig atmosfære.Alle personalet var ekstremt hjælpsomme – intet var nogensinde for meget problemer. Faciliteter var fantastiske, især poolen, spa- og saunaområdet, som var en rigtig gud efter en lang dag på gulvet!Vores værelse var meget rummeligt for to voksne og en 16-year-old, med masser af værelse og et stort, fantastisk badeværelse. Det føltes virkelig smukt og hyggeligt i aftenen.Frue var lækker med masser af valg, og middagen var fantastisk – smukt præsenteret med et godt udvalg på menuen, de fleste aftener havde vi 5 kurser! Det eneste lille punkt, jeg vil nævne, er, at middagen måske var lidt for fin til teenagere. Det kan være rart at have en hjertelig, ski-stil valgmulighed en gang om ugen, såsom hjemmelavet pizza, tysk sauce eller roast kylling med fritter, eller en simpel salat. Det er ikke en kritik, det er bare et forslag, vi gik faktisk ud til middag et par nætter for denne mulighed, bare brød op i ugen og lidt forandring fra en posh middag. Et mindre spørgsmål var, at tap vand ikke var til rådighed på aftensbordet, og flasket mineralvand kostede €8.Dette føltes lidt skuffende, især da gæsterne opfordres til at drikke det friskeste tap vand i værelserne. Efter en lang dag på gulven var alle meget tørstig, og at købe flasker hver aften hurtigt ville øge op til over 30 €.I stedet fyldte vi vores vandflasker i rummet og bragte dem ned til middag. Alt i alt havde vi en vidunderlig ophold – Tak meget ⛷️"
