Just sad that we weren't staff for multiple nights but when back i know where i'll be staying for sure. "From the minute we entered this gorgeous place, and were greeted by Mary, we felt like we were visiting with family. Our room was sumptuous, the food was great and the staff unfailingly charming, helpful and professional. My husband was a little worried about the "communal dining" at dinner, but that turned out to be one of our favorite things during our trip to Ireland. I actually think that it might have been best to have Delphi Lodge be our last hotel during our 12 day trip, since the other 2, though perfectly nice, couldn't hope to measure up to the hospitality at Delphi Lodge. If we ever get back to Ireland, we will most assuredly return to Delphi - and will encourage any friends/relatives to stay there if in the Connemara region."

"We stayed at number 4. Arrived in the dark on New Years Day to a cold house. Struggled to turn the heating on, which was complicated, but the worst thing was there was no heating in the very large sitting room. No firewood or kindling had been left for us, and when we called we were told we couldn't use it, we pointed out there was no radiator there either. The kitchen is nice but no oil, salt or pepper. No basics like tea and coffee. In thr bathrooms upstairs no shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner. You would expect this in a place costing £250 / night. Very beautiful location, perhaps better suited for families in the summer months. "

"Centrally located and on the main road of Achill Island’s town, Keel, The Achill Cliff House Hotel delivers on all levels. Upon entering, we were greeted by Theresa who was a wealth of knowledge about the area and its history. Our room was sunny, large, quiet, with a comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was never a problem and actually was quite rapid. Breakfast was substantial and fresh. The Restaurant servers were so accommodating and always had a sparkle in their eyes. There is plenty of parking in front and behind the hotel. We had such a wonderful visit to Achill Island and we are so grateful to the staff of the Achill Cliff House Hotel."

"Cute and cozy pods in the breathtaking countrtside. The owners are very nice and the pods were clean and comfortable. My concern at booking was that there wouldn't be much to do in the area, but we had plenty to do between Moyne Abbey, Downpatrick Head, and exploring the tide pools outside the pods, my family and my toddler had plenty to do while still having quiet down time."
