"Hotel was perfect location for the price just outside of a matera and only a 10 minute drive to the historic sassi area Floors in the washroom were peeling from use and showers had a bit of mold on the bottom edges for the price can't be beat with the free breakfast"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This is a SHARED APARTMENT, not a bed and breakfast! In a run-down building with no elevator, on the 3rd floor, you have an apartment divided into three bedrooms and a shared kitchen. We stayed in one of the bedrooms. This ground-floor bedroom overlooked a parking lot (children were playing, people were washing their cars...). It was incredibly noisy! It was impossible to open the only window in the room, or even the blind, to get any light. Furthermore, Nicolas took it upon himself to come to the apartment around midnight for two days to deliver breakfast. We had absolutely no privacy, knowing that the landlord was bringing breakfast in the middle of the night. It was truly uncomfortable. On the plus side, you can easily find a free parking space. I strongly advise against staying here!"
