"⭐ 1 Star I stayed at Courtyard Cincinnati Mason on August 11–12, 2026 without an issue. Because I needed another night, I made another reservation for August 12–13. Despite having a reservation, when I tried to check in for the second night, the hotel told me there was no room available and they would not let me check in. I had to look for another hotel at the last minute, which caused major inconvenience for me and my family. What made the situation especially frustrating was that I had already been staying at this property the previous night. A confirmed reservation should mean that a guest can reasonably expect a room to be available, or at minimum receive proper assistance if the hotel cannot honor it. Very disappointing experience and handling of the situation."

"Feces on wall in bathroom, floor was filthy everywhere. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. Bedding stained. Room smell was terrible. After traveling all day my wife and I were too tired to try and find anything else. Steer clear of this place! Sleeping in the parking lot would be better."

"The hotel we booked was recommended by the customer. It has a kitchen and a dishwasher, and the refrigerator is also very large. However, the cleaning is really not timely. We didn't ask for it, and it was very slow to come after we called. The cutlery for breakfast was not cleaned cleanly."
