"Stay West var let at finde.Personalet var meget venligt og altid villig til at hjælpe. Vejret var meget koldt og regnede, så stedet var våd. På grund af regnen påvirkes vejen fra hovedvejen til porten af jorderosion. Generelt var stedet behageligt."

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place is a beautiful house with everything you need - it's homey, clean and well-maintained, with a lovely homemade breakfast and tea/coffee available. The bedroom was warm and comfortable. "Overall, my stay was average. The location is okay, although traffic in Maseru makes it less convenient than expected. The atmosphere is average, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The room itself was very good, and it was peaceful and quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. However, the biggest disappointment was that the shower only had cold water in both the evening and the morning, which is unacceptable during winter. The service was average, and I felt the hotel offered only average value for money, mainly because of its location and the issues experienced during my stay. Breakfast was also disappointing. The food was cold, and there were ants in the sugar, which raised concerns about hygiene and quality. Overall, the comfortable room and quiet environment were overshadowed by the lack of hot water and the poor breakfast experience. I left feeling disappointed and would expect these issues to be addressed before considering staying again."
