"DO NOT BOOK HERE. We booked a room directly with the hotel in order to attend a wedding. Following a dispute between the hotel and the groom, the wedding was cancelled. We then received an email from the hotel stating that our room payments had been applied to settle the groom’s outstanding debt under his contract with them. As a result, we now have flights to Marrakech in two days but no accommodation. This is an unacceptable way to treat guests. A customer who books directly with a hotel should never be held financially responsible for a third party’s contractual obligations. We did not pay the groom, nor did he book on our behalf—we made our reservation with the hotel directly. While we understand that cancellations made by us might result in forfeited funds, diverting our payment to cover someone else’s debt is completely inappropriate."

"Beautifully designed hotel, type of boutique hotel. only 5-minute walk from the main street, where you found many restaurants. 20 mins walk from the medina. Not far from train station and airport. many restaurants nearby, night lounge and club nearby. very nice room, lovely small pool, cozy bar and restaurant. Smiley faces behind the reception, always willing to help you but Sabrina, Lamia and Dounia at the reception was very kind and very professional. always willing to help with big smile."

"Very nice room, bath and WC facilities, well furnished. Very quiet at night, good sleep quality. Restaurant dinner very tasty. Breakfast excellent but their take away b'fast on the day of my very early departure was awful, old pancake and cake, a little cheese, no drink or fruit. For that price, they should provide something better. Satellite TV had no signal. WiFi good. There were 15 decorative pillows in the room and I did not know where to put them. Why so many?"

"The location is simply magnificent, a true haven of peace. The pools are perfect, the tents comfortable (despite the lack of shower gel), and the meal was excellent. The price is high, but it's consistent with the exceptional setting. However, the service is far from satisfactory. At the restaurant, you should expect a wait of about 45 minutes. Even worse, a waiter tried to charge us for our drinks separately in cash (350 DH instead of 290 DH), even though they weren't listed on the bill. We had to insist that they be added to the official bill. This is unacceptable behavior in an establishment of this caliber. We also experienced a power outage. Given that this seems to be a frequent occurrence, it would be wise to invest in solar panels, considering the amount of sunshine in the region. Finally, the camel ride was disappointing: after waiting for almost an hour, our one-hour ride lasted only 40 minutes. Despite our three confirmations for a 7 p.m. departure, we were given a misunderstanding as an explanation. We were promised compensation, but we are still waiting for it. In summary: 10/10 for the location and the quality of the meal, but only 1/10 for the staff, whose lack of professionalism and, in some cases, dishonest behavior unfortunately spoiled what could have been an exceptional experience."

"We got upgraded to a modern suite which had a balcony. Had a few electrical problems. It has a pool which was a sweltering 18C ! Why bother having a pool if you wont heat it, never saw anyone in it Its a transit hotel really, lots of coaches from the orient etc Breakfast is incredibly noisy and busy and i thought it just ok foodwise. . The italian restaurant was ok too but not where you wanted to repeat it. They wanted to put us on a small table when the restaurant was empty and when we left only 20% of tables at most were occupied. Yes they dont want you to bring water in which i didnt care for, they give you a little bottle , thats it. Oh yes its under the flight path but not too loud When they say its a 15 walk to centre, thats nonsense its 15 mins by taxi Overall i thought it was ok clean and serves alcohol at a price. If you want character and to be central then its probably not for you"
