"The hotel itself was quite nice, and we definitely enjoyed the roof top pool area as well as the gym! Reception staff were lovely, however we did have a problem with the laundry amendments, where staff were not great at helping with! After using the laundry facilities they provided for additional cost our cloths came out with stains on them that we were not able to remove. We reported this twice and gave contact details but were never contacted. So we contacted the hotel ourselves where the manager asked for evidence so we sent photo of our stained cloths. He said there was no proof that this happened from there hotel, however I did offer to show hotel staff the physical cloths and stains when this had happened at the hotel but they insisted we did not need to. In addition to this they charge you a $100 fee when you arrive that they hold (we understand a lot of hotels do this and it’s no problem) however it took over a month for this to go back into my bank account, so be careful! Location is great, shopping centre around the corner, 50M swimming pool 15 minutes walk and great coffee shops too!"

Balkonområdet var enormt med masser af udendørs møbler.Beliggenheden var meget central for mange caféer og restauranter, og stranden var der.Vi nydte poolområdet.Realisten var en yderst hjælpsom og venlig dame. "A lot to like about this place but a few small things let it down a bit. 1. Reasonably well equipped for cooking but the kettle is wonky, only 2 pans and the colander isn't very big. Only provide a flimsy cloth for washing and two sachets of detergent included. This could be improved. 2. Laundry is great, washer and dryer, ironing board, etc. Dryer took me around 6 attempts to work but got there in the end. Perhaps a bit old. Washer was a modern LG top loader super easy to use. Sone detergent supplied which was handy. 3. Location is nice and quiet, with well rated restaurants like Soka and Orleans a very close walk away and both well rated. A Woolies is also practically next door. 4. Cleanliness was pretty good, not perfect, the shower was not clean enough for my liking. 5. Really comfy sofas, beds ok, pillows not the worst, great balcony. Over all I would stay again. Katrina was lovely upon check in and we could check in early which was geat. I just hope they clean the bathroom showers better in future."
