"Where to begin,awful stay at this place,I told taylan a relative of the boss,that I needed to change rooms because the bed was real bad and he shouted at me,really went for it infront of all staff,made me cry and I was scared to ask for anything else,so for 4 weeks we had our sheets changed 3 times and had towels changed 3 times,and there was a heatwave.the last 9 days me and my two sons had 1 towel between us because the maid said they don’t have any more,there’s 3 maids there but always just sat around doing nothing,rooms and floors filthy.it was suppose to be self catering I will upload a pic of the hob they gave me to use,disgusting,but they gave me this but we had no plates no cutlery,no kettle,no toaster,nothing and when I asked for these things I think that’s why he got so angry,my family followed a week later and there room was no different,my sons bed sofa didn’t get made up or even have a sheet on for the first week,the pool here is ridiculously cold always has the cold hose pipe in the pool so freezing can never get used to it,a few English women who have kids with the workers very rude,didn’t look after the kids at all,kids kept begging for money saying they are homeless,Ino this wasn’t true but when they keep begging it’s gets a bit much.I don’t normally write reviews but I had to this time now I feel stronger mentally.this hotel and taylan really really made me ill.also I’ve never met such money greedy people,scammers in fact.any trips they get every penny they can out of you,they even pretend there mother has died,disgusting.I could go on all day at how bad this hotel was. so please don’t do it to yourself and family if u want a decent place to stay in marmaris.because this place is deffo not that,I will never stay here again or use avisos for anything,absolutely disgusting."

We loved everything about it – the cleanliness was top-notch, the views were spectacular, and it had its own private beach with crystal-clear water! The hotel restaurant is fantastic, and the food is delicious! This is the best hotel in the region! Highly recommend."

"Just leaving after my first stay with my baby. The rooms were perfect for myself and my baby, any problems were solved ASAP and could not be more apologetic for any slight convenience. All reception and bar staff were very well mannered and friendly. They were also very easy to talk to and come to for anything. I felt very comfortable and relaxed around everyone working here especially the entertainment staff who treat my son as their own and went above and beyond for him. Every single one of them wonderful and we are so sad having to say goodbye. They were definitely the ones that made this holiday the best we have had."

"I stayed for one night; I wouldn't stay longer. Room 502 on the 5th floor has a corner view. The view is truly stunning. The location is convenient, but music blares outside the window until late at night. In the morning, someone started drilling something behind the wall, and the soundproofing is poor. I wanted to drink coffee, but there were no spoons. The kettle was full of water, and the kettle inside was dirty. The shower stall was dingy and dirty. All I had was a shower cap, cotton swabs, and soap (keep that in mind). The lighting in the room isn't suitable for reading. One lamp didn't work. A full-length mirror is missing. The window seal had fallen off, which clearly needs to be repaired because it's clearly visible. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the waiters prepared it as I requested."

"I don't understand the negative reviews. We checked in on the same day, found it online by chance, and stayed for two nights. When we entered the room, the clean smell was refreshing. We also extend our sincere thanks to the owner, Mr. Hüseyin, and his family. We felt as comfortable as if we were at home. He didn't even ask for a deposit; we paid the fee upon arrival. In short, it's a place you can stay with your family. God willing, we will have the opportunity to stay again."

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, well-managed, and very enjoyable. A special appreciation goes to Kadir and Michael from the restaurant team. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attentive service significantly enhanced our dining experience. They were always helpful, quick, and genuinely welcoming, which made every meal more enjoyable. Housekeeping services were generally very good. Rooms were cleaned regularly and maintained in a tidy and comfortable condition. While there were occasional small delays during busy hours, the overall cleanliness and organization met a high standard. The pool area was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a relaxing and enjoyable environment. However, the early reservation of sunbeds that remain unused for long periods can sometimes limit fair access for other guests. A small adjustment or policy in this area would greatly improve guest satisfaction and fairness. The restaurant offered good quality food with a nice variety of choices. With a bit more variety and some small improvements in rotation, the dining experience could become even better. Evening entertainment and dance activities were truly one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay. The energy, music, and interaction created a vibrant and fun atmosphere that brought guests together. Adding different themed nights could make the experience even more memorable. Overall, we left the hotel very satisfied and with great memories. Both Freddy (Owner/Patron) and Raskol (Hotel Manager), along with the entire team, contributed to a very positive experience. With a few small improvements, the hotel can easily reach an even higher level of excellence. Thank you once again for your dedication and hospitality."

"Bedste kvalitet/prisforhold i området.Faciliteter er begrænsede (små swimmingpool, lille spa) og stranden er ikke den bedste, men for et 4-stjernede hotel er alt andet inklusive personale fantastisk.Spotless rene, moderne værelser. Kassen er i rummet, der ikke er inkluderet (3 euro pr. dag) i "alle inklusive" hvilket er latterligt.Du kan simpelthen opkræve lidt mere for værelserne og gøre det alle inkluderet. Anbefaling til hotellet: "Køb venligst ordentligt filter kaffe, espressomaskiner, folk er glade for at betale ekstra for dem"."
