"The hotel is located in a natural setting, which is lovely. The lobby and restaurant appear to have been renovated, and perhaps some of the rooms as well — although ours did not seem recently updated. The bed and mattress felt old, and in the evening, an unpleasant sewage odor was coming from the bathroom. Breakfast was varied, but some of the served fruit was actually spoiled. The indoor pools are beautiful and enjoyable, but they tend to be quite crowded, making it difficult to find available loungers. Overall, the hotel is decent, but there is certainly room for improvement."

"We were checked in by a very unpleasant young lady that reminded us in a very rude manner that parking was EUR8 per day even when I said it's fine with us. One of the rooms we were given had a problem with the air conditioning, and luckily when we went down to the reception to complain, there was another person there that was very helpful and friendly, and he immediately changed it to a better room with a nice view facing the slope. We have stayed at even better 3-star hotels, but the 4-star rating of this hotel is really misleading, and should be downgraded. The rooms are very basic, outdated TV, slow internet unless with an additional fee for faster speed, terrible bathroom with low quality bathroom amenities, and an even worse shower stall. The nicer part of the hotel was the large lobby, and breakfast was quite decent. The only enjoyable experience we had, was going on the toboggan ride on the slope which was not part of the hotel."
