"Booked 2 nights at Ramada Marcoola, location backs onto beach & a nice park which was very convenient. We booked a ocean view & view was great from balcony. However, the cleanliness of the room was not I would expected, the walls & curtains dirty, hair on bed & bathroom floor & mould in bathroom with musty smell which wafted into the bedroom. The air conditioner was very loud & no temperature control. Bed was not comfortable, no change of towels on 2nd day Rooms needs major renovation."

"I booked this hotel because there was airport service Or ask a friend to carry it...super low value for money The check in time was 6:30 pm, were handled about 7 pm, has been constantly emphasizing keeping quiet, keeping clean, so even if there is a swimming pool and BBQ we did not dare to use Also clearly written check in time is eight, but I said we would arrive at seven, the service staff twisted and looked very inconvenient! Finally, the equipment says there is a kitchen, but in practice there is only one microwave, no toothpaste toothbrush, slippers and spare parts are provided and nothing says..."

"Vi opholdt os 4 nætter i en 3-værelses lejlighed med tagbad og vi var så glade for lejligheden.Mange værelser til børnene, de elskede tagbad og opvarmet pool.Strandudsigterne var spektakulære. Så meget at gøre, kunne børnene nyde den hoppende kudde, tennis, bordtennis, spillerum og basketball.Vi hyrede de elektriske cykler ud foran og prøvede nogle lokale restauranter og caféer.Det er et dejligt stille sted og stranden er forfærdelig. Generelt vil vi gerne komme tilbage mindst en gang om året og planlægge at gøre det til en regelmæssig afslappende getaway for vores familie af 5.Tak Atlantis besætning og se dig snart"

"We were taking our friends on a four holiday to relax & enjoy together. The experience was embarrassing, my friend spent most of her time cleaning! This room has not had a proper clean for a very, very long time- all surfaces had sticky, dirty grime over them. Glass tables were smeared with dirt, grime & fingerprints, underneath & on top. Bedside lamps were broken, curtains hanging off the rods. Kitchen cupboards haven’t been wiped out in years, minimal crockery/cutlery, a dangerous broken drinking glass on the shelf, pots & pans with burnt & peeling Teflon coatings, baking dishes with old baked on burnt residue. grey towels, 1 tea towel for 4 days which we had to use as a cleaning cloth! Carpets were unvacuumed and stained. Lifts were grubby as well! Obviously there are no room & contents checks completed between guest stays but they are super quick to get their payment up front before your stay! The best part of the stay was observing the migrating whales off the coast and they came for free!"
